I bought 14 meters 1.8 fencing, it’s been up 1 month and every post is split near from top to bottom also most slats have warped at top and bottom. The nails are useless especially the ones given for the rails not nearly long enough.£580 odd quid wasted on crap cheap wood. Should have bought from Mitchell turf 😡

The quality of the louvre doors is excellent. We were lucky to find these in imperial size (15 inches/381mm). Most suppliers now sell metric only, and the nearest size is 394mm. The only problem we had was with delivery but Gordon chased the delivery company and they arrived prompt 9am. Thank you.

Ordered decking and fencing online. Really easy process. A free phone calls to check dimensions etc dealt with very professionally. Delivery was quick and communication was precise.

Turned up ad hoc to collect and wasn’t a problem, materials out and on the van in ten minutes and it was busy. Great service and the guys who dealt with me were great.

Order delivered without the ironmongery or post tops. Shame really. Delivery failure ruined a good experience with Shawfield Timber. Prices are good. Stevie was great with the sale. Very helpful.

Phoned 4/6 and spoke with customer service. Driver forgot to pick up bags with ironmongery and post tops. Genuine mistake. This does happen. Rating was 3 stars now 5. Being delivered today 4/6. Genuine mistake. Rectified and made good. Thank you.

I received an email a week ago to say that my order had been dispatched - to which I replied asking when it might arrive - but heard nothing more. Called them yesterday to follow up - hadn’t been dispatched at all… But was assured it would be sent.. but still no way of telling if or when it might arrive (what if I’m not in and it’s raining..?). Then today I get asked for my feedback - well if my delivery ever arrives, then I might be better placed to comment…
