I was billed for products with thyroid support, only received 1 bottle in 1st shipment. After 10+ months I canceled. No hair improvement I'm turning to a wig! Was never sent promised thyroid support capsules, but you billed real quick an got paid for products I never received. Canceled won't use again! Beyond disappointed.

My wife and I have had to make budget adjustments because of inflation. I had originally thought I canceled my Shapiro MD deliveries online, but I called and learned that the only way to cancel is via phone call. Brielle P. helped me when I called, and she provided superior service. My order was immediately voided and future orders canceled. Thanks Brielle P! Shapiro MD has great products, wish I could continue to be a subscriber.

I've had the luck of speaking to Sheila at Shapiro the past 3 or 4 times when calling in to place a different order. Sheila is Top Notch and probably one of the friendliest and experienced representatives I've had the pleasure of dealing with maybe ever in all my 41 years....! Very Pleasant and Knowledgeable and one of the few reps I've dealt with that actually DOES follow up when she says she will...!

First of all, I do like using this product. It has definitely helped me rejuvenate and strengthen my hair. I actually only called in to change up the frequency of products in my kit. Had a great talk with Sheila, she is very helpful and knowledgeable about the product...however I've been on it for about 14or 16 months and it seems like it's not adding anymore hair, I'm using the 7% for the past 6mo.....Is there something else l should be doing?

First time customer I order my products from this company and FedEx screwup with delivery, my package was damaged… at Cape Coral,FL Two weeks later I make a call and talked with Nichole from customer service. She was very helpful resolving my issue in professional manners, plus she gave me free bonus for the inconvenience. Thank you very much Nichole! Hopefully I will get my replacement soon.
