Excellent service
Excellent service. I’d phoned beforehand to see if they could fix a minor problem on my brother sewing machine. I took my machine in today, no appt, and it was fixed within a few minutes at a very reasonable price. I’m thrilled!

It's a family affair - to serge or not to serge
Buy with confidence from Sewing machine UK
It's a family affair and a great one at that.
My problem to serge or not to serge, what machine and most of all where to buy it.
After researching I knew what I wanted now where to buy it.
I spoke Holly and made an appointment to see Sue, who I was told would help.
As a first timer to this kind of machine and having problems with one I bought from a local supermarket, I was apprehensive about the whole thing.
Sue gave a tutorial her professionalism inspired me and filled me with such confidence that I spent the next two weeks sergering any and everything I could.
Alex and Marcus the engineers also looked after my sewing machine in helping with the threader and servicing.
I highly recommend if you sew or quilt or both and want to buy a machine the only problem you have is what make the easy part buy from Sewing machine UK.

I would 100% recommend this company I have previously dealt with their Maidstone store and today had to pop my machine into the Gillingham store to get a small repair. Staff are so helpful and friendly nothing is to much trouble. I would never trust anyone else with my machine like I do them. If you are in need of anything to do with sewing or embroidery machines this is the place for you :)

I got the best service ever
I got the best service ever, I would recommend this company big time. Did a fantastic job fixing my sewing machine and didn't have to wait to long either and I actually learn a few things that I wasn't aware the machine did. Very pleasant staff too, will be going back every year to have the machine service.

Super glad that you were pleased! Haha, it's always fun when you find a little hidden gem of a feature on a machine! Hope to see you soon!
Great service from the friendly team with unbeatable product knowledge!
I was impressed by the amazing service when I bought my Bernina machine and overlocker last year. This year I needed a part to be fitted and also a small repair. Despite it being their busiest time with school machines to service, Tony found time to look at my machine and it was all sorted in the time it took for me to have a cup of tea! Really impressed as I didn’t want to be without my machine. Highly recommended.
