Very good fast delivery very happy with my purchase would used the company again

My embroidery machine was picked up, serviced and returned to my home address and is now like a brand new machine humming away and a joy to use. I have used this company for over 8 years and would recommend them with top marks

The bag arrived very quickly. Surprisingly, from a city not too far from where I live! Very happy with my purchase.

Have taken my sewing machine here at the Gillingham Branch to be serviced then had an issue couple weeks lasted they took it in no problem and fixed all under warranty. Super Friendly and Knowledgeable I have had the pleasure of dealing with Holly who’s amazing. I also bought a new industrial machine which was delivered next day and set up and a demonstration from the great engineers.

staff very friendly and helpful, knew what they were talking about, and pointed out fault straight away,
i did purchase a new machine whilst i was there which arrived next day and put themselves out to deliver machine as early as possible.
over all very pleased with their service and cannot fault them in any way, highly recommend them

I had 2 old sewing machines and went in to get at least one of them repaired. The staff member who greeted me helped me in with the machines and looked at them straight away. He saw what was wrong and showed me. He said either of them would cost quite a lot to repair and that spare parts in the future if anything else went on them would be difficult to find. He said it would be cheaper to get a new one than get either of them repaired. So I opted for a very good value Janome that was on offer. It was so lovely to deal with such a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful person and to come away satisfied.

My query via email was answered promptly .
Competitive price. The Overlocker was well wrapped and arrived within two days

Great communication, helpful, quality, fast delivery!

Great price, fast despatch and the item arrived in perfect condition,

First time ordering from this company so I was a little cautious ordering such an expensive item. However, the experience was fist class. Easy online ordering, great communication every step of the process and fast delivery. Would definitely recommend and I will certainly be ordering again in the future.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Speedy dispatch of my item plus a personal note of explanation of something which might have confused me enclosed in my parcel. Will definitely be using this company when my sewing machine needs to be serviced.

Tony helped fix my overlocker with ease and speed.
Great store with lots of machines industrial and domestic to choose from.
Creating my future purchase wish list just from all the demo models on display!

We Recently Bought complete new set of sewing machines and as usual their service is fantastic and prompt. Specially Tony’s customer centric service is great asset to the Business. Highly recommended!

Knew what I wanted from a sewing machine and was welcomed by a very efficient young lady, who knew her merchandise well. Was able to demonstrate the machine and even give some tips. Not pressured into super dooper models , very relaxed atmosphere, a great experience. Have now found my treat store with so many goodies, all will know where to go for presents for me. easy premises to find . Plenty of parking, easy access for mobility challenged, If you need some support and advice on which machine will reach your goals then not only pop along on May 28th for a Brother Day but with so much knowledge at hand, take the trip and treat yourself, or your partner or friend, well worth the journey , great staff plenty of items and machines. I will be back with my next list. Thank you all. Christi Barber. 15.05 23. JanomeDKS30
