Everything

Excellent service. The only problem was getting the item out of the packaging!!

Really prompt and helpful customer service (from Chrissie). Great price.

Happy to buying this sewing machine. Very useful and many programs. Thanks 🙏🏻

I bought a Overlocker and got excellent help and service over the phone to guide me in buying the right machine for my needs
I will suggest sewing machines uk should consider not using the royal mail for delivery as they were terrible.

Great machine and good service

The website was easy to navigate, the product I wanted was very well priced and delivery time and communication were excellent . I will use this Company again and definitely recommend.

Tony hand delivered the sewing machine which was needed. I missed the text sent about the times of the delivery and so was caught a bit off guard. I am very happy with my purchase, all I need now is to book a lesson at the shop.

This lovely machine was priced below those from other suppliers. It arrived extremely quickly, well before the target delivery date cited when I bought it. It was very well packaged, reinforced by padding to protect it from any knocks and bumps that might have occurred in transit.

Received order quickly, communication fantastic, solved query within minutes. Highly recommend!!

Very quick service, thank you

Excellent service - items ordered were delivered promptly and were well wrapped in the box. They were exactly as shown and described on the website. Very impressed.

So impressed with the speed of delivery! Super easy website to navigate and great service.

A very big thank you to Holly and Tony for supplying and installing my wonderful new Jack A5E sewing machine. The service they provided was exceptional. From placing the order to the delivery and installation - everything was perfect. Holly & Tony are always so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. You cannot beat Sewing Machines UK for customer service or price. Plus you know that if anything does need sorting they are always there to help. If your looking for a new sewing machine or servicing this company is the best there is.

I recently purchase a Pfaff Creative 1.5 from Sewing Machines UK. I have been undergoing cancer treatment and felt I needed something to look forward to after spending two weeks in hospital. The machine arrived promptly despite parcelfarce efforts to the contrary. Being an ex-demo/display, I was not expecting it to arrive in the original box but was pleasantly surprised that all the boxes and packing material were original. The machine is beautifully clean, with no signs of ever having been used. Holly and Chrissie were very helpful with a further discount. I am looking forward to start sewing again once I regain my strength. I couldn't be more delighted with this purchase free from stress. Thank you for all your help. God bless you.
