I know we have the coronavirus and this company may be busy but that is no excuse for not answering the telephone or replying to emails. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and I have not heard anything from them. They have my money but I don't have their product.

Thanks for your support. We have left voicemail messages explaining the situation. All our staff are working night and day to field literally thousands of daily messages by email, phone and Facebook while also trying to pack orders and keep the business running. Most customers have been understanding of our explanation as we try and cope with a global health emergency. I am sorry we cannot answer your particular email in as timely a fashion as you expect.

Was surprised that the product was not sealed as our 5 litre bottle of sanitiser leaked in the box. When I informed their Facebook page the person who responded didn’t seem bothered and didn’t even apologised just said it has a cap!

Good hand sanitiser product and service.
The goods arrived quickly 3 x 500ml. And 5ltr refil Hand sanitiser. The hand sanitiser is as described perfume free, non irritating and in good containers. It is refillable and in large 500 ml. bottles as a foaming cleaner. I would love it if you could offer small pocket sized refillable bottles that could be handed out too. If these were even sold empty in packs of five with some sort of clip. Then they could be distributed to staff teams or domestic use.

Definitely a 5 Star Product
I have been using Serenity Floor Cleaner for quite some time now and find it the best. I have tried many ways of keeping my tiled kitchen, bathroom and cloakroom floors clean and hygienic, including using a steam cleaner, bleach etc, but am more than satisfied with Serenity. Although the initial cost of buying a large container of the fluid seems quite expensive once it is diluted it works out very reasonable indeed. I order direct from Serenity Hygiene and my order is always delivered very quickly - within a day or too. More than happy to give a 5 Star rating.

I use it diluted with hot water. Great product

By far the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Was told it would be next day delivery and four days later I am Still waiting. I have tried multiple times to contact the company and every time they have read my messages and ignored me. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
