As usual a brilliant service!! We love Sentinel. No waiting EVER. Park up, drop keys, jump on bus. Coming home…… get bags, jump on bus (never had to wait) pick up keys and on the road!! We’re only about 10 miles from the airport so you may think it’s cheaper for a taxi? Perhaps so but it’s much easier knowing your car is there instantly. Done with the taxi/delayed flights etc. Thanks Sentinel! A thousand thumbs ups 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Poor service this time
The service is usually exceptional, but not on this occasion. Picked-up at the airport bus stop around 01.00, the driver remained fixed in his seat watching customers struggle to lift baggage onto the racks, and again no help whatsoever at the Sentinel car park. Some customers told him directly what they thought of his poor attitude. It would be a pity to let a usually outstanding service slip because of one lazy unhelpful driver.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service, we have used them twice and always received a great service from everyone to the team at reception to the team who drive the buses
When we arrived back from our holiday…
When we arrived back from our holiday electronic steering lock was stuck on on car. They had already googled a solution and ran through it with attendant. After 5 mins with battery booster pack and un plugin management system car was working perfectly. Many thanks great service.

Used this company for years and always had a great service second to none, booked this year again but compared with a taxi both ways it’s twice the cost, a big increase from last year unfortunately, l understand price of everything has increased but will probably cancel my booking.

Was late picking up car due to wife being in hospital in Spain 5 days
No extra charge was the answer behind the desk.

I've given 5 stars as this company has always been Amazing, on price and customer service! I have used them for years booking between 10-15 times a year!.so very sad I can't book as taxi is so much cheaper now..Jan/march'25 is approx £80 for a week, I do get discount but a big jump in price. Gutted!
Could not ask for better assistant we…
Could not ask for better assistant we checked in on the morning of the 06/06/2024.
Directions to the carpark, was straight forward, as was the parking when we arrived.
The man who greeted us was extra caring and very helpful. He gave my grandson an ice lolly and a childs welcome pack, my grandson loved the wallet inside.
I can highly recommend using this company in the future.
The only drawback was that we had to pay an extra five pound because our flight was changed.
But that was nothing to do with Sentinel itself.

I can’t recommend sentinel enough after a recent trip away. The service was first class and there were certainly no delays once arriving home.

Perfect system
Perfect system put together for pick up and drop off. I had a small issue with my phone and the staff was more than helpful to assist. I would definitely use the company again.

Just to say a massive thank you to the staff at Leeds sentinel car park ! The process is so quick & everything is explained to you when dropping my cat car off ! I’d also booked a car valet what a fantastic job my car feels & smells brand new again ! I will definitely use your car valeting service again so convenient thank you
I wouldn't park anywhere else
We've used this car park twice now and wouldn't park anywhere else when flying from Leeds Bradford. It's easy to book (I recommend using Holiday Extras app for a few quid off), easy to find, and easy to use.
We dropped the car off, left the keys, jumped straight on a bus and were in the terminal in under ten minutes.
The return trip was just as easy, the bus was outside the terminal as soon as we got out. We were back at the car park and in our car in under fifteen minutes.
I can't fault the service, very slick.
Brilliant service
Brilliant service. No hassle. Dropped our car off jumped on the bus and in the terminal within 5 minutes. Coming back the same. The bus was waiting for us. My car was just next to the sentinel office. Took minutes to collect the car and away. I would definitely recommend Sentinel.
First class service
We have used Sentinel for years now and I can say I have never been disappointed. A massive thank you to the staff who are polite, helpful and professional. Having been on a flight delayed by 7 hours it is very pleasing to see the sentinel bus waiting to take you to the car park. First class service well done!
Exceptional service
Exceptional service. I have never used Sentinel before and to say I was impressed is an under statement. So easy from the start, from parking up, getting signed in and onto their bus two minutes from the airport. Check out was fast. Staff so polite and courteous.
Bravo Sentinel. Will definitely use again.

No messing, no waiting around always there or thereabouts. Also great valet job on my vehicle. First class thank you.
Disappointed
I was considering using sentinel parking as I usually do when flying from Leeds Bradford. I have used the company for at least the last 12 years if not more. On inputting my dates for our next holiday, I was surprised and shocked to find that parking was £116 for 13 days, this far exceeds any previous charges. I looked into getting a taxi and found the taxi fare was between £44 to £66, return trip. £50 cheaper than sentinels parking charge. Disappointing that after so many years of using Sentinel that they are now in danger of pricing themselves out of the market😒

Prices significantly increased this year
I have used Sentinel many times before and they have been great and I have been happy to recommend them. Unfortunately, their prices have been hugely increased recently. I usually park for 2 weeks at a time and my last 2 bookings have cost £84.60 each and the previous 2 were £63.90 each. Both of these have included a 10% member discount. I priced up my next holiday for summer 2024 and it came out at £118.80 again with member discount. This is a 40% increase when inflation has been between 4% and 11%. I’m afraid, for us, this has priced them out of the market.
In response to Sentinel:- I hear what you say but this doesn’t take away from the fact that for the last two or three years I was consistently paying £63.90 then £84.60 for fourteen days parking and it is now costing around £120, regardless of whether or not I book early. That’s a 40% increase however you look at it.

stress free start to holiday
The whole process of dropping off, checking in and shuttle to the terminal is made very easy by Sentinel. The facilities are clean and modern and there’s even complimentary coffee & tea, which is great considering what you’d pay in the terminal.
The return process was just as simple. Highly recommend
Can no longer recommend at this price
Have used Sentinel from my parking for the last 6 years, in that time,never had a problem, always on time, courteous and the car well kept, however they have just doubled their prices, it's no longer a viable option. I know prices of things have gone up, but not by 100% that's just price gouging. Shame I can no longer recommend.
Edit, I paid £57 for last September parking, I was quoted £112 this year for same 10 days..Sorry I'm wrong by £2, I should have said it's increased by 96.5%
