I ordered some perfume on 28th December 2021 with the promise of a 3 to 5 day delivery. It is now 4th January and so far I have had no email at all telling me that the product has even been dispatched.
I accept that the New Year holiday may have slowed dispatch of items, along with the Covid pandemic, but to ask for a score on how you did by email, when I have had no communication from Sense 42 about my item or its progress to dispatch, seems a bit like someone having a laugh!

Dreadful company order placed over 2 weeks ago for a Christmas gift and still not arrived. They blame the courier company stating ‘Your order has already been lined up for quite a while already and is still waiting for the courier to collect it’ as they appoint the courier, and all the other orders I placed that day with other retailers have arrived, they need to be more honest with customers or sort out a decent courier (if that is the truth) - awful company avoid

I am giving this review 5* even though I didn't receive the product. I fully believe that, you can measure service when something goes wrong. You want someone to take ownership, deal with the issue and offer resolutions.

This is something Sense42 did, right from the start and I'm grateful to them. Amy at Sense42 refunded the cost back onto my card.

You've not lost a customer here, you've gained one forever! I say this because I'm safe in the knowledge that, should anything happen/go wrong. I have a great service team to rely on.

I order jo malone perfume after 4 days the order cancelled and the money back after 5 days from cancellation.

I was worried this website wasn't legit, especially because most reviews sound as if they are written by an untrustworthy AI which will one day wipe us all out.

Ordered my son an aftershave midweek, it arrived today very quickly and in exactly the condition I expected it.

Cannot complain at all and can happily recommend them.

Well, never heard of them before and my EDP was a good £20 cheaper here than anywhere else. Red flag 🟥 in many other cases but went on trust pilot read the reviews and went for it.

Item delivered isn’t the same as shown on the image on the site. I specifically bought it from them as the item image showed with a bottle opener and wire stripper. I ended up paying £2.76 more than what I would have paid to another supplier 😩

I recently purchased Gucci bamboo shower gel and body lotion. Items came tracked and I was kept up to date on delivery. Fantastic price for these items and good service all round.

I bought a lipgloss which wasn’t the one I ordered but I didn’t get a full refund at first but after contacting them I did receive it in full I will buy from these again because even though I didn’t get my lipgloss they was prompt on getting back to me and sorting out the problem
