Very pooor service

Very pooor service, paid for express and the package has no tracking info, they only confirmed pickup said will get back to me in 7 business days meaning that a package they charged me for express i must wait to see if they can find it, i asked to refund the difference from express to regular and they said no. whatever, just wont use them ever again and share my experience with others!

I would not recommend using this…

I would not recommend using this company. Had a package coming and they tried saying my address was not correct even though it was 100% correct and I have now had to contact them 3 times as I still don't have the package. Every time I contact support instead of getting any answers they just put me through the same run around process to confirm everything instead of actually answering why my package is not delivered and they refuse to actually talk to me on the phone

Terrible Service

This service is absolutely terrible, I am waiting on a parcel that was picked up within 30 minutes drive of the delivery location and was told it would be delivered within 2 days, I have spoken with several customer service attendants who have all given me different excuses every time. I understand it is a busy time of year but I haven't been given an exact answer once each time I've spoken to the customer service support. Avoid this company if you want reliability, stick to auspost even if its an added cost.

I didn't pick this alleged shipper the sender did. My package was out for delivery for 8-9 hours. They claim it was delivered 9:30 pm. The proof of delivery is a blurry black picture with nothing identifiable in it. Had to open an investigation and was told it will take 7 days. The offshore chat customer support was useless.

An utter sh!t show of a company. I use Gelato for drop shipping posters. It’s been almost 1 month and the item still hasn’t arrived to the buyer. Sent the wrong depots, delays after delays. Zero stars.

Not Suitable for Business Deliveries — Claims Denied Despite Evidence

I run a business and shipped 6 boxes to partners in BC at the end of October. Five arrived so damaged that the products were completely unsellable. We followed all of Sendle’s damage-claim requirements (photos, receipts, tracking) and submitted the claims through their dashboard. After reviewing, Sendle denied five of the claims.

While Sendle’s pricing is competitive, their use of multiple subcontracted carriers results in inconsistent handling and a high risk of damage — in my experience, not just for fragile items, but for any product. Their after-sales support was unhelpful, and despite providing all requested evidence, there was no viable resolution offered. Based on my shipment, I would not recommend Sendle for business deliveries or for any goods where reliability and care in transit matter.

I made the mistake of nominating Sendle…

I made the mistake of nominating Sendle to deliver an eBay package for me. Firstly, their agent couldn't scan the package code. The Sendle company said they couldn't send someone to pick it up since it couldn't be confirmed that the agent had the package, even though I had photographic evidence that it had been delivered. After a lot of internet exchanges, where I was told that someone would pick the item up, I eventually went to the agent's premises and took it back. It turned out that the reason I couldn't contact the agent was that his phone wasn't working! I eventually took the item to Australia Post and it should be delivered today. The interesting thing is that Sendle is still telling me that the package will be picked up from their agent!! I suspect we have "AI" working on their support online email system. It will be interesting to hear what their reaction will be when, if ever, when they try to pick up the non-existent package.

Horrible shipping company

I did not personally pick this company for my shipping needs. It was picked by a Company fulfilling a Kickstarter project.

The first issue was Sendle lost my original package somewhere in their system. it took 10 days to conduct an "investigation" only to conclude they didn't know where the package went.
The Kickstarter Company issues another package for me and used this same company. this time the package was so man handled the item inside was damaged

For a company that is a shipper they sure don't do a very good job of it

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. I have used Sendle several times in the past and the service has been great, but this time it was ridiculous. I booked the pickup on Monday 3rd November for collection on Tuesday 4th November. I was surprised as Tues 4th was a Public Holiday here in Victoria. After it wasn't collected that day the support team told me they don't actually collect on Public Holiday's. They then requested for collection on Wednesday 5th. No-one came and I had several contacts with support throughout the day (they are very polite but can't really make anything happen). When looking at the Tracking bar for the parcel and it hadn't actually changed from the original 4th November, I didn't feel confident anything was happening.

Same for Thursday 6th and then Friday 7th, no-one came to collect it, so when support told me they don't collect on Saturday's, I just couldn't wait anymore. Cancelled the collection and booked with Australia Post instead. Not sure what has happened as Sendle used to be very good.

Sendle should have zero stars

If I could give zero stars I would. First package was stolen because the shipper left it in front of hundreds of mailboxes (I live in an apartment) rather than putting it in a parcel, leaving at the front office or god forbid they walk it to my apartment.

That's fine though, I submitted a ticket and they were generous enough to send another one free of charge and by the time it got here, you guessed it, left on the floor in the same spot and stolen.

I've never had to second guess purchasing something based on what shipping company they use but from here on out that'll be my first question. And if the answer is 'Sendle' then I'm not buying.

Can't read an adress apparently

They delivered my package while I was at work photo proving the drop off were attached only problem is the photos were of the completely wrong address. The adress provided was correct I can read it off the label on the package in the photo but the driver couldn't follow simple instructions I filed a support claim and have only bin able to talk to ai chatbots who fail to understand the issue. Then it launched an investigation to find the missing package in there warehouse the package isn't missing they just gave it to a random person

I'm stuck for now with the legacy integration to sendle for my online store. One of the worst organisations when it comes to business ethics and complaint /inquiry resolution. They sold me some Sendle Satchels that the price is fixed at the 500g rate. As it turns out they've been adjusting the prices for many of my deliveries. One such adjustment is from 2.0L I selected to 4.5L which is impossible to put in that satchel. Besides there should not be any adjustment anyway as it has a fixed price guarantee.

Worse than terrible

For all its issues Canada Post is a dream compared to these guys! First of all sendle has zero customer service, it's all done through chat and I am not sure if their "agents" are even people or they are just AI Agents, their answers are robotic and they will lie to you and say whatever you want to hear if there are issues with your package - They are not interested in solving problems,and will lie repeatedly as a delay tactic. Yet it would be so much easier if they dealt with the problems (communicated with the courier) instead of lying! They contract work out to ICS courier but there is no communication between them and ICS - package pickup requests are often missed so your package will be sitting there for days waiting to be picked up and if there's something like an address correction sendle will never communicate that properly with ICS. They also don't give refunds for bad service, which is inevitable with them - so buyer beware. I am serious about giving my customers good customer service so I will be sure never to use sendle ever again.
