Surprisingly Better!
My experience with Sendle was wonderful! They were a godsend when Canada Post went through multiple strikes. I found them to be cheaper and deliveries much quicker! I wish they were still around.

Tried to contact their customer support using the form on their website and I received an automatic reply that they do not check their inbox and to use the chatbot.
Then I attempted to use the chatbot and after countless messages and using different wording to try and trigger getting an actual customer support user I have not received a single reply.

Finally, after paying 9.95 for 2 to 3 day service and never receiving my packages until 10 days later

I never received my parcel, and they are offering me no solution at all.
They even expect me to go to the police station to file a theft report, when they are the ones who left my parcel unattended in front of my door!
I work every day and I have a family life to take care of — I don’t have time for this nonsense.

Awful! Still waiting for a packaged shipped the day before thanksgiving! Attempted a delivery Christmas Eve. I was traveling at this point, and told me that they don’t know when they are going to redeliver!!! I stopped using Pura after this.

Sendle has started charging customers for shipping labels they’ve never used. If you create a label and don't use it within 28 days, it expires, and you won't get a refund. In other words, they're charging for a service they didn't provide. Sendle claims this new policy is in place "to ensure system accuracy and rate validity with our carrier partners." Ummm, ok, but providing a refund once the label expires would accomplish the same goal.
Sendle is clearly exploiting its customers for its own benefit, and everyone should be aware of this.

What is wrong with this company??? I ordered something on the 10th of December and it kept saying my package would be here by the 15th to the 23rd of December. The 23rd comes and nothing! Since the 15th of December it showed my package stuck in Illinois. I called Sendle and they couldn’t locate my package either. So then I called the company that I ordered from and now they’re sending me new replacement product. Guess what showed up this morning on my door? The lost Sendle product! Now I’m going to have 4 packages of product! SENDLE CAN TRACK THEIR PACKAGES BETTER THAN THIS!!!

I have never experienced a company like Sendle, and not in a good way. They have now failed to deliver my package five separate times because apparently they only attempt deliveries between 8am–6pm. I did not realize I signed up for a service that operates on banker’s hours. I’ve lived in apartments, houses, high-rise buildings, and cities my entire life, and I have never heard of a delivery company that simply gives up after 6pm and calls it a day.
What’s most frustrating is that Sendle presents itself as a legitimate shipping company, yet they lack even the most basic flexibility or problem-solving skills required to actually deliver packages. If a delivery company cannot deliver to a standard residential address because it’s outside their “preferred hours,” then they are not really a delivery company, they’re more of a suggestion.
I’ve wasted time, energy, and patience trying to coordinate something that should be incredibly simple: bring the package to the address. Other carriers manage to do this daily without issue. Sendle, however, has turned it into an ongoing saga.
I would strongly caution anyone considering using Sendle. If you enjoy missed deliveries, repeated failures, and wondering whether your package has entered a parallel universe, this might be the company for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. You literally could walk across the country and pick up your items faster than you'd get them with Sendle. I had 2 packages sent Nov 20th that were supposed to take 3-5days- its now Dec 21- I have yet to receive either of them. One has said its out for delivery all day- but has yet to be delivered.
I will never buy from any company that uses this service ever again.
Sendle - Zero Stars
I'm posting to share a recent experience with SENDLE in case it helps others. Parcel delivery via Sendle was for a private residence in Sydney NSW, in December 2025. Repeated failure by Sendle to complete the service as booked. The parcel was scheduled for delivery but this did not occur as promised. The tracking information I received did not reflect the reason my parcel was not delivered.
I had to spend additional time following up with no clear resolution. The outcome was that I had to leave my house to go and collect the item at some unnamed collection point whose address I had to find for myself. I paid for a delivery to my house so that I would not have to leave home – complete waste of delivery money as I ultimately had to go out to collect the item myself. Consequently, I will never again purchase anything from a company that uses them. SENDLE, in my opinion, is damaging the reputations of companies and people who deal with them.

The company has very sketchy tracking information and customer service is not helpful. This shipping method is extremely slow and that in combination with the lack of information available makes the whole process unduly stressful.

Incompetent and unprofessional
My customer paid for a 1-2 business day shipping to a city 3 hours away. I dropped the package off at the drop-off location on December 9th.
The incompetent employees missed the pickup up on the 9th, 10th, 11th and the 12th. It's still at the drop off as I'm writing this! I will go the the drop off tomorrow and try to take my package back and use a reputable company this time.
This company is a tech company, can you image? They don't even have software that detects how many packages their drop off location scanned and how many were picked up, in order to detect that some packages WEREN'T picked up.

It is December 18th, and my customer, who is 3 hours away, has yet to receive their package, which was shipped on December 9th using a 1-2 business day service.
This shipping cost was about $1.5 less Xpresspost, now I know that I'll never use this service again. If you want reliable service, stick to known Shipping Companies who have proper tracking.
Incompetent Idiots
If you're looking for a company that excels at not delivering your order, congratulations — you’ve found the industry leader. My package was sent to the wrong address, and apparently that was the last time a human being was involved in this process.
I’ve contacted them repeatedly, and in return I’ve received a stunning collection of automated responses that say absolutely nothing and accomplish even less. It’s like emailing a brick wall, but the brick wall would probably have better customer service.
At this point, I’m convinced their “support team” is just a Roomba bumping into a keyboard.
Still no corrected address. Still no package. Still no actual human interaction. But hey — if you love frustration, nonsense replies, and the thrilling mystery of where your purchase actually ended up, this is the company for you.
Otherwise, run.

Total failure to deliver and contradictory responses to requests for clarification. Their platform indicated that the first attempt at delivery failed due to there being nobody at home.......we were home all day. The second said that it had been delivered the following afternoon, which was also incorrect. They later stated that the parcel had been returned to their depot an hour after the alleged delivery time. Their next update stated that the parcel had been delivered the day after that, but there was no contact attempted by their delivery driver and no trace of the parcel. Their final response stated that it had been delivered on the second day after all.......in spite of them having previously advised that it had been scanned back into their depot an hour later. They say that they have launched an internal investigation, but are relying on me to provide CCTV footage. Absolutely terrible experience.
