I’m only giving 4 stars as one item was incorrect and a replacement couldn’t be sent as the item was then out of stock. Customer service was first class and response to my problem was dealt with promptly. I was very pleased with the remainder of my order.

Good value for money, prompt delivery
I have used secret label for some time now, they have a little scheme where you earn points, I had enough of points for a £5 voucher, so I thought I would activate it and use it when I got 3 for 2 on jumpers….but I couldn’t use the voucher (I guess as there was already a deal going on) sadly, I also lost the £5 voucher. Surely something should be in place so it goes back into your “wallet”??!!!
Apart from that, I don’t have any issues at all
