Had a SEBO Automatic now for about 18 months, no complaints about the fact that it does what it says, it sucks up dirt ! My BIG gripe is that damn cord....for a really professional product the cord is continually twisted, you can't stop it, it's so bad that now the blue & brown wires are showing, so I have to tape it up. I feel the product is really let down by one of the most important things, the "cheap cord" used.

We have had a Sebo X4 pet upright vacuum for about 4 years. We took it back to High Wycombe twice for repairs. On the second occasion we took it back it had to have another software upgrade Gail the customer service manager asked us if we would like to wait while the tech people carried out the updates and replaced the PCB and brush roller and guards. In all it took about
30 mins, Gail was excellent and she kept us informed all the time. A pleasure to meet and talk with her.

An elderly neighbour, a long standing Sebo customer, asked me to help with arranging a repair to her Vacuum which was close to the end of the warranty period. Without any fuss Sebo arranged for collection and it was returned repaired a few days later. Very professional company and guaranteed my neighbour will replace with another in due course.

SEBO cost a bit initially but the customer service I have received is unlike any other. I cannot speak highly enough of the product and the support. This is Gold standard stuff.

I would like to congratulate the excellent service of this company, I sent an email to several companies trying to solve my problem with the Sebo Airbelt K1 Komfort and got no answer. Here Debs Rose answered me quickly, and solved the problem in a way that I saved a lot of pounds. You already have a new customer! I recommend, five stars for the customer service team!

Mine finally stopped working after 15-20 years so bought another and looks exactly the same...hope it performs with same longevity. I like that there is nothing gimmicky just keep churning out what you're good at. Made in Germany still too...

Bought a used X1 from a white elephant stall for £4 (yes four pounds). No idea how old it was when I bought it. Didn't really expect it to work let alone work really well. That was more than 10 years ago. In that time I've replaced one drive belt, bags and filters. It is by far the best vacuum cleaner I have ever owned. The day it gives up the ghost, if it ever does, I will buy a brand new one.

Felt compelled to give some feedback on the excellent customer service that I have received from SEBO, when my Felix went in for a repair. Dealt with Customer Services who were always polite and efficient and made me feel that my call mattered. The engineers did a first class job on the cable repair as well. Their products are of excellent quality and this is my third Sebo.

I bought a hoover from Marks Electrical (at a very good price). They state they are an official partner to Sebo and so the hoover comes with 5 year warranty of parts and labour. Registration of the warranty however, was not simple, as Marks Electrical was not listed on the Sebo website as a partner. I emailed Sebo customer services, and a lovely chap by the name of Emmanuel replied, asking for the product details and did the warranty registration for me. He mentioned a site redesign which may have influenced my inability to register the product myself. I cannot fault the customer service, and hopefully I never have to use the warranty.

I've had my Sebo Automatic X7 for a couple of months so it's early days yet, however it has one very disappointing feature. When you take the hose out of the machine to clean corners/edges of a room it almost always falls over often hitting me or an item of furniture! I don't have an answer other than to hold on tight with one hand and hold the cleaning tool with the other! So even with the extension hose definitely don't leave the machine at top of the stairs!

Was looking to purchase a Sebo, having phoned customer services several times, each time they went out of their way to answer my questions

We've had the same Sebo vacuum cleaner for 11 years now and it's never had a problem, when you consider it's been used pretty much every day since purchase I think that's outstanding!
Replacement bags / filters etc. have always been delivered very quickly and without any errors or mix ups.
During the Covid madness I received my new bags within 48 hours of ordering them, amazing!!
Quality product that has never lost suction. I wouldn't hesitate to buy one again if I needed to (it's still going strong though, so no need)
