A one star review for these clowns is to much. I bought 2 Sdreams had a flat tire on delivery one bike keeps poping a error code 21 "over protection Limit" that shuts the bike down and leaves you stranded Have contacted Actbike.com several times have yet to receive a single reply. Waiting for the warranty to expire so I can make a claim thru my credit card company and hopefully get my money back. Additionally no bike shop will work on it as they dont sell thru stores. Word to the wise find a ebike thru your local bikeshop and do not bother with Actbike.com

My friend ordered a bike on Jan 10th 2020 .he received it in November 2020 and two weeks later the crossbar broke in two after weeks trying to contact them eventually they said they would send a courier to collect bike for repair the courier collected it 5 months later and last he heard its in Spain and no update yet as of June 14 2021 stay away from them

We purchased 6 Sdream bikes, the saddle connection is dangerous and after several promises over the last couple of months no result and not possible to get any reaction from them so i urge you not to purchase bijes from them , a client of mine fell off the bike because the saddle turned backwards and hurt himself badly !!

Looked for an ebike for commuting back and forth to work. This bike looked like the deal and I ordered it. Receiving the bike was a bit of an ordeal, but once I got it, it's lived up to expectations. I live in Minnesota and it's handling the Minnesota winters fine. I won't get into the trouble I had getting the bike, because I'm pleased with the final result. One star dropped because your logistics needs work. Otherwise, great bike.

Stay away! don't waste your money.
I am still waiting for any news of my bike, not a single word and no replies to my e mails.
At this stage I want a refund which is proving impossible as they will not communicate with me 3 months with no word is not good enough.

My SDREAM bike worked great for a mere 6 months, than took a dump on me. I now own a 75lb paperweight because SDREAM doesn’t stand behind their product. After several attempts of reaching out to them, with negative results, I contacted a EBike service tech. He advised my throttle was junk......but due to the bike coming from China, I’d have to contact SDREAM For the part. I can’t even get a damn replacement part from SDREAM. DO NOT BUY!

It’s heavy. Really heavy so not easy to fold and lift as they make it sound. Also those fat tires make it impossible to fit into an ebike bike rack . So I guess it’s good for a commuter bike but I was hoping to go on adventures and that’s not happening. I reached out to company to see if I could buy narrower tires that would work and Haven’t heard back.

I received 2 Dream Bikes a month ago,one was fine and everything worked as advertised. The other one the tire did not fit the rim. When I air it up the tire bead comes off the rim. I have tried many times to adjust the tire on the rim only to have it blow out at about 8 pounds pressure. The tube comes out of the tire. I have e mailed them and have gotten no response. I would be very cautious when dealing with S dream Bikes. There repair centers are all back east. The bike is nice the one that works but the lack of response from the company if you have a problem, good luck. So far no contact.

SDREAM e-bike is stylish and looks promising. The full suspension, fat tires, folding design, pedal-assist as well as throttle control, SDREAM will be my great partner for commuting! Already pre-ordered a SDREAM 750S on Indiegogo.

Super nice feeling flying through the city on the mate-bike. Easy to recharge and fold.
