Why?
Because if you click on the WRONG camera on your phone even once.
You're stuck with it.
Logging in and out and using different devices doesn't matter at all.
And it NEVER wants to scan your results. Ever.
Waste of my time and money.
They should pay for my full flight and hotel tickets too for wasting it all.

OMG, shocking customer service. Please do not use if you want to go on holiday. My results did not come within the promised window (forcing emergency retest at Gatwick). When I raised with customer service they were un helpful, referred to a small reference in terms and conditions rather than all other references to complete within 24 hours of receipt in lab. (No apologies for having incorrect opening hours on website or other incorrect t correspondence).

Travelling to Italy, we had to have PCR’s taken within 48 hours of arrival. Arriving at 0920 on a Saturday, we took the tests at 0920 on the Thursday. Posted immediately. Royal Mail tracking confirmed tests delivered at 0744 on the Friday. THE PROBLEM HERE WAS NOT CAUSED BY ROYAL MAIL. Screen4 failed to explain in their paperwork that the postal address to which they had the samples sent was not their lab - and that a courier would collect PCR’s from the delivery address and take them to the lab “at the end of the day”. So an additional 16 hour delay CAUSED BY SCREEN4 SPECIFYING A POSTAL ADDRESS THAT IS NOT THEIR LAB BUT A PLACE WHERE THE SAMPLED ARE COLLECTED “AT THE END OF THE DAY “- and as a result, not delivered to the lab until 11pm Friday night. Results were not received in time for take off of our 6am flight on the Saturday. Flight landed in Italy at scheduled 0920 - results were emailed (too late) at 11am on the Saturday. Screen4 will say they say “within 48hours” but don’t make it clear that the PCR’s will sit undealt with after Royal Mail delivery until later in the day, and reach the lab at 11pm. If that was clear, we would not have used them

Great service and great value for money. So pleased to have booked my recent fit to fly PCR with this company. From start to finish they were efficient, effective and highly professional. The website is extremely easy to use and the clinician at Bristol was very calming and reassuring at a time when I felt quite stressed! I was under time pressure and Phil whom I dealt with via the phone could not have been more helpful and really went the extra mile to enable everything to run smoothly. It was also easy to access the results and get a hard copy in case of internet glitches at checkin. I would use them again.

I informed Jamie that although I had been told on the phone that there were plenty appointments available between 9.20 and 3.40 pm on 3rd March I was unable to book for 12 or12.30. I was advised to book a slot for 3.20 pm and then Jamie replied to say he would alter it to 12.30pm, which he kindly did.

Used Screen 4 on a previous occasion and was really impressed with the service received and recommended their services to family and friends. Today we needed to make an enquiry around arranging further tests and decided to use the chat facility for some clarification and assistance over time and dates. Chatted to Jamie who went above and beyond and sorted out the issue with the minimum of fuss. He sorted our minor issue over times and sent out clarification emails, before being asked. Again we will be telling everyone to use Screen 4 should they require tests in the future. Screen 4, Jamie did you proud.

We had a problem depositing our PCR tests prior to our family holiday and were very stressed about them not getting to the lab in time. Sophie was absolutely amazing. She calmed me down, ascertained how best to fix the issue and even stayed behind after the office had closed to check that the courier had collected our tests. Throughout the day she did exactly what she said she would do and called regularly with updates. Sophie is the epitome of fantastic customer service and Screen 4 are very lucky to have her representing them.

Prompt delivery of test and quick turn around for obtaining results.
Telephoned the company a couple of times with questions which were answered in comprehensive detail. Found the staff helpful especially Phil.

It was very difficult to get clear instructions. In essence I simply wanted to know that in order to get a PCR test completed I wanted to know that if I was travelling on a Friday I should check with my destination country when the PCR test should be done. In this case 48hrs before boarding. I then wanted to know when I get the results and it was like pulling teeth to get it confirmed that if I use the clinic drop box, then a courier will pick up my test at 4pm and take to lab that night. This should therefore ensure I get my results the following evening.

The worst test possible. DON'T BUY IT. The QR code won't scan on their website. When I scanned it in a regular way, as instructed, and copied the number, it went through one step but then impossible to save it. Office closed in the evening, no customer service. They used to have much better tests as I used them many times but now it's much worse system. I'll never use them again!!!!!
