After being let down by Randox and needing a PCR test for a trip to Morocco we booked the test and it arrived the following day as promised. We did the test and as we didn’t want to rely on the post on a Saturday we drove the 30 miles to Barnsley and dropped off our tests. The results arrived the following day…….no issue and we would recommend them for future trips if PCR tests are still required

Well, what can I say other that I would NEVER EVER use this company again and most certainly would not recommend to anyone. I was flying to Morocco where a pre departure pcr test is required 48hours before travel and this company was recommended by TUI (what a joke!) I took the test exactly 48 hours before and immediately posted back in the pre paid envelope. Results didn’t come back until the day after id arrived in Morocco. The exact same happened to my friend I was travelling with who also used the same service. Id called up before my departure and they advised there was nothing they could do as they hadn’t received it! Why don’t they use a same day tracked service then in order to guarantee return in time!? When I asked for a refund as I didn’t need the result anymore, I had to frantically go and pay over the odds for a 4 hour test, but they refused. Please do yourselves a favour and do not use this company.

Took a long time for the call to be put through, but once it was answered the service was excellent. I talked to Sophie who understood exactly what I needed and her advice was accurate clear and precise. Her follow up was just as good, she looked out for the E-mail she requested and when she had made the corrections she sent a confirmation as promised. Thank you.
