I ordered a scosche powerup 32k.
It arrived in about 4 or 5 days and didn't work right.
I contacted customer support and they sent me a fed ex label to print out and I sent it back.
The NEXT day,I got a new one and tested it.
It's a really excellent device and out performs what I expected.
Their customer service did great by me and I appreciate that.

If the company is going to back their product that well,I'm going to start buying more of their stuff because what I ordered is a pretty high quality charger.

Purchased a dashcam and it was missing the memory card. I wanted this device so instead of returning it, I contacted their tech support. Tech support, Jeremy Ybarra, said he would send me one. I forwarded all the information and pictures he requested. I waited well over 10 business days and the card never showed up. I contacted him again and he "apologized" and blamed it on the post office. Needless to say, the dashcam was returned to Walmart, which accepted it without question. Rotten experience for something I thought I wanted!
Anyone trying to order the stereo kit for the 2015 Dodge charger do not get it it makes your car seem like it has transmission issues. And trying to get customer service to resolve the issue is pointless.
Scosche doesn't back there products and they are cheaply made. Of course it's made in China and I would expect nothing less. I bought a Scosche iph3grsd StickIt and in less than 6 months it fell apart. The 2 sticky pads fell of and the teeth broke on the suction cup tightener which means it wont stay on the window. Terribly engineered with the cheapest plastic they could find.
I can't return it to Walmart and the company won't issue me a refund. They can send me the same product though. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY AREN'T INTERESTED IN KEEPING CUSTOMERS.
I had ordered replacement magnets for my car phone holder. Had written their customer 2 emails trying to locate this item the last being on august 12th, it is now august 22nd and I still have yet to receive any word from them. I Finally called "customer service direct" spoke to a Nick Johnson. He informed me that they had done their part by mailing the product and were not responsible that I had never received my product I had paid for, I was further told I had to file a claim myself with the usps since Scosche was not responsible for me not receiving my product. At that point I was hung up on!!! I honestly will never buy one of their products again and will persuade all I know about how horrible their service is.
Called customer service for Scosche for a simple question about an item on April 22, 2017 at around 12-1 PM. Representative on the other line seemed very impatient and frustrated for no reason. Representative had also asked me what the item was, not specifying that he meant the item number, then proceeded to get angry at me for not telling him the item number. I personally work at customer service at the service desk and would never treat another customer this way
Terrible customer service and if I had a choice, I'd rather not call them if I don't have to.
Asked about a warranty on my headphones and they offered me a small discount on a much more expensive pair instead of any replacement or repair.
After some back and forth, with the customer service rep needed me to cut the headphones in half, in order for them to send me a new pair that would be a downgrade from my current ones.
Their warranty is a joke, I would not purchase their products unless you can easily return them to the retailer.

Ved at købe den i Scosches egen butik ville jeg spare 20%, vha. af det de selv beskriver som "...The OFFICIAL Scosche discount codes - guaranteed to work!". Ingen begrænsninger eller forbeholdt står her beskrevet.
Da min bestilling ikke kunne gennemføres, direkte på scosche.com, blev jeg henvist til Scosches europæiske afdeling. Forskellen var nu blot, at rabatkoden ikke længere var gyldig, til trods for, at begge "butikker" altså er Scosches officielle (fuldstændig identiske).
Det er givetvis ikke mange penge der drejer sig om, men det er mig uforholdsmæssigt frustrerende, at blive "lokket til" af tilbud, der så ikke er gældende når det kommer til stykket. Efter min subjektive holdning, sender sådan en forretningsmodel scosche.eu /.com /.de, direkte ned en én stjerne.
