Great service at a reasonable price. very quick delivery. Ideal when moving house. Having now used the tape it’s absolute rubbish, it doesn’t have any adhesive quality and lifts off the boxes short... Mehr ansehen

We started off as a small family run removal business located in the North East of England, which has grown massively over the last 30 years. As a company using packaging materials on a day to day basis, we decided to extend our business into supplying this industry. We have a great knowledge of our broad range of products and strive to offer excellent quality materials to our business and consumer clients, with customer service standards to match.

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful! I’m still waiting for an order I placed 2 weeks ago when the website clearly states next day delivery. After numerous phone calls and empty promises from them I still do not have my order! Unreliable and unprofessional! I have asked for a refund.

Appalling service

Spent over £50 deliberately to take advantage of the 'free next day delivery'.Waited 4 days then only part of the order arrived with incorrect sized boxes, packaging in disarray and items missing. Must have phoned them at least 20 times between placing order and receiving a call back. Got an 'it's COVID' apology and then waited again until the final items arrived 9 days after ordering.
Lousy service, empty promises, continue to promise next day delivery on their website even though they clearly haven't a hope in hell of doing so. Won't be using them again.

Hi Dr Rhodes,

I'm very sorry that there were some issues with your transaction on this occasion. I am aware that a team member has since spoken with you via telephone to resolve the matter, and the items that were missing from your order initially have been resent and received at the address.

Apologies that you weren't expressly advised that orders can be split into multiple parcels for delivery. This can be the case, and often is with our large and bulky items, as we are limited by size and weight for what we can send within one consignment via courier.

Our telephone lines are only partially manned at the moment due to reduced physical staff within the business under COVID government guidelines, and this is legitimately affecting our response times compared to normal, though we are doing our best to get back to any voicemail messages and email enquiries as swiftly as possible. Courier deliveries are also still commonly affected by service delays at the moment, though we are assured that depots are working hard to return to regular service levels ASAP.

We placed a order with them for a…

We placed a order with them for a number of items the main item was 2 large rolls of Large bubble wrap placed the order Thursday and to be honest was expecting Saturday (not Friday) we planed a work force to be in to finish a clients order that need placing on a pallet to be shipped urgent Monday by air to South Korea Had the Truck booked for Monday am to collect and take to the Airport Space was booked of the flight, Had to cancel the collection after the Truck arrived and cancel the flight space (at a cost of an Extra £120 + vat ) called them 6 times Monday not one call was answered spoken to someone Tuesday who stated that the goods have been out of stock for awhile now But they still advertise the stock with 24 hours delivery on all 3 platforms there WEBSITE Amazon and also eBay

so they let you down with no response from calls messages left email sent

the best thing to do is remove from sale until you can supply the stock as you informed me that you were fully aware that you was out of stock for a while then as we have a recorded conversation stating this then we will be invoicing you for the extra charges we have Accrued charges

Getting too big to care maybe?

I placed an order through Amazon and paid extra for delivery by a certain day. They actually only dispatched the item on the day I paid for delivery. No apology, no phone call, really difficult to get anybody to answer the phone, when I finally spoke to Hayley I was advised I could always return the order.., really. Was informed I would get a refund for the extra delivery cost, but surprise surprise, no email confirmation no refund received. I would suggest to Tom Schott you should now worry about satisfying your customers requirements and understand the importance of being customer focused and avoid reviews like this.

Shocking customer service

It’s disappointing in this current climate of exceptional home delivery service that l would expect to have to write negative feedback. Schott Packaging offer next day delivery but don’t actually deliver next day or the day after - in fact they deliver whenever suits them and split your order over 2 days if that’s better for them.
Clearing out a house in a day is traumatic enough but when packing materials don’t arrive until the day after you’ve left it’s clearly a major problem. Goods were turned away - asked for a refund, to be told that you won’t get your money back for up to 30 days.
A case of keeping money that’s not rightly theirs through a false promise on their website
Shame on you - do the right thing and pay this money back - you know who is writing this given several emails and phone calls made to your business

Terrible company to deal with

Terrible company to deal with. Had issue with a item not arriving. They basically told me there nothing they will do because I received one of two items ordered.

I made my order in time for the next day, but none arrived

I made my order in time for the next day delivery, the order didn’t arrive. On the second day only part of the order arrived but less than half, no tape, bubble wrap or majority of the boxes. Apparently the order was split into four parts, and on day six the missing boxes arrived, I thought wrongly the packaging company might have made a good will gesture of a few extra boxes or at least a roll of tape .. but sadly no.

Absolutely delighted with this company…

Absolutely delighted with this company and will use them again. Ordered goods on 8th July and received on 10th. When it seems like a lot of companies are using the lockdown as a excuse for slow service these guys are cracking on and getting the job done.

I can see from our records that our customer services did get in touch right after your order was placed to advise that we were out of stock on that particular item, and we understood you were happy to wait for the stock to arrive.

I can see that we have since spoken with you and arranged to ship an alternative colour of the same item instead, as the original stock item was not going to arrive in time for your requirements.

I'm very sorry that you had an issue with your order on this occasion, I can see you have purchased from us several times in the past without any problems so it was highly disappointing that you felt your experience was a 1* this time.

I have looked into your issue and can see that you purchased a quantity 100, but our warehouse shipped you a quantity 10 in error. Whenever an error is made we always ask that images of the parcel are provided exactly as it was received so that we can raise this internally with the relevant team members and try to improve our services for future.

I can see that the remaining balance of your order was shipped out on the same day we were notified of the error, on a next day delivery service. Tracking shows this parcel arrived with you the next working day to complete the order so I'm glad to see the error is now remedied.

We extend our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused by the initial error. If we can do anything else to assist going forwards, please don't hesitate to contact us.

These padded envelopes are perfect.

These padded envelopes are perfect to hold the Gideon's New Testament & Psalms that I recently sent out to people who requested them. They were exactly the right size, as advertised. The books were all delivered undamaged. The delivery to me of the envelopes was swift and I am very pleased with your service.
