I worked for this company and I pity the patients using them for service. Your personal information are not protected. From SSN, home addresses to MR ID. Huge HIPAA violations. Employees are allowed to take worked home which contains patients medical records information and other personal informations. No true form of data protection is provided.
Patients and customer's personal data are stored in people's personal gmail accounts.
The address they provide as their main office is false.
Low pay rates and racial discrimination.

Way too long to respond and totally inadequate diagnostic. I initiated my own diagnostic subsequently and booked an ultrasound which found a very troublesome lipoma in my lower spinal region. The real reason for my symptoms. I am uninpressed with their 'professionals' inability to look at the whole picture and to simply supply a scan and little else - very dissatisfied.

Please note huuge Scanner owes me €2k. I cash out. Huge que bump so number 1 by paying 1.99 then 2.99 then 3.99 6 months on still mouthing and now my cash out has disappeared but laugh is on you huuge Scanner or should I say huge scammer because I had Google return all my payments 😂🤣😂🤣

I download huuge scanner the first week in October and play the game i cash out the welcome bonus which is $300usd to my paypal all now there is no money arrived in my palpay i also cash out a $500usd to my coinbase and still there is no money in my coinbase it also show me i win a samsang phone and they claim it as being send off in 15 day they also send me a tracking number and i went to track it but fedex say no parcel and no tracking number that was give not there and i would like to know whose name is Paul Michael cause that the person collect money to send winning immediately the 15 days pass no phone and still no money shows up in my paypal or coinbase

They were very quick and helpful, from placing my order to delivery in 10 days! Would highly recommend to anyone needing a scan.

This app is not worth using as it wont pay out as im still waiting for my payment

HUUGE SCANNER, a new app in playstore is a totally FAKE!!!. Im very disappointed playstore allow this scammer app. Don't download if you don't want to have headache. It's Fake, Scam and Lier! Hope they ban soon.

Fantastic Service!

I made an error in an order where I included the wrong email address. I spoke with Tom in Customer Service via the chat service who was polite and very helpful. He helped to rectify the situation immediately. I'm very thankful for this, brilliant service, thanks again!

This must be one of the most shocking services I have ever experienced. Absolutely shambolic.
Their communications are verging on fraudulent, but are obvious miscommunications and misrepresentations. I am talking about false confirmations of orders (for items listed as 'in stock') and literally non stop chasing, every day, to fake and nonsensical responses.
To make this worse my (significant) order was make on the 9th dec. On the 30th Dec I am still chasing for an update on why the order (which missed the xmas deadline) still has not even been collected by DHL (which was also all paid for). I would honestly avoid this website or business like the plague

Always been a great company. Ordered from scan for many years now. Staff very helpful.

So I was one of the unfortunate users to experience the launch day for the RTX 3070.
I spent almost a hour fighting with the website to even get it loaded. I managed to get a founders edition card into my basket but by the time I got the website to load again it was gone!! Being the fact baskets are meant to work like your in a supermarket that should of stayed there!

I then gave up with the founders edition and pre-ordered a EVGA 3070 Black Edition which I was told would arrive on the 2nd November. They took the full ammount of £526 out of my account before even having the product in stock!! I'm still waiting for it almost 2 weeks later.

I have been emailed twice with a queue number and worked the difference out between the both which = to 33 so that means you have thousands of customers ordering this product but only fulfilling 33 orders at a time.

Absolutely disgusting way of handling the pre-orders and I will for sure not be purchasing another product of your website and I don't personally think others should either unless you wanna be wasting your time waiting for your order!

Ordered Windows 10 Pro over the telephone and was told the authorisation code would be sent in the post. I was charged £5.48 for postage. Received an email telling me how busy Scan were and that my order was delayed. I'd been advised to try a demo of Win 10 but it didn't fix my problem so I emailed Scan to cancel. I haven't received anything in the post but Scan WILL NOT REFUND my £190. Consumer Rights Act anyone? I wasn't told over the phone this was non refundable.

Same as some others I place the Order did not get my order God for face mask No one answered my email Never got anybody on the phone

Scam Scam Scam Scam Scam Scam Scam. I ordered Makita batteries and a Ridgid tool for $108. When my order showed up it was five cheap face masks. They did that for a tracking number so they could look like they sent my order. Huge scam do not buy from this website it is a lie. The phone number doesn’t work and no one answers the emails.

Disgustingly poor service provided by scan.co.uk. ordered a system from them due for a Sunday delivery. this was advertised as a next day system that was in stock (still in stock according to the website at time of writing) nothing dispatched or shipped to me. no communication at all for delay or any issues. I made enquiries through live chat who advised I call. called and spent almost 2 hours on hold whilst being bounced from one person to another and eventually told that the system was oversold and out of stock and that a new one was built and being tested and due to ship soon. later that evening I received an email at approximately 1145 pm stating some "upgrades" had to be made to components to fulfil my build. and this would be started the following day (so advisor lied to me on the call) another issue with this is that the upgrades are actually downgrades in some cases (power supply unit dropped to 500w which I don't believe is high enough to run the system based on research and other components being used) I responded to this email immediately and had no response. so I am now 0ver £2000.00 out of pocket. not getting the system I've ordered and still unable to have someone from the company speak to me and let me know whats is going on. I have logged call back requests through the website, live chat and was also promised a call back from the system manager (via email I sent to the feedback@scan to chase the issue) and still silence. I feel like I have been robbed and ignored. I will never order from scan again. also very suspicious they have no negative feedback since June 2019 available to view. I have logged this review on their website also where it contains the invoice number

SCAN was recommended to me by friends but I have made 2 orders with them paid premium timed next day delivery and both times the items were delayed.

I understand that things are busy, but then if so don't advertise next day before 12 delivery options and not fulfil them. Take them off so people don't get disappointed and go elsewhere!
