The time came around to be making our 2nd visit to see Sam at Samfire Memorial's. It's so sad that we only see Sam for these sad moments, as she is such a lovely, kind and caring lady.
We lost our amazing Dad & Grandad 2 years ago and she made some beautiful jewellery with his ashes so it only felt right to visit her again when our beautiful Mum & Nan gained her angel wings to join him....
Sam is always so quick to respond, nothing is ever to much trouble, the jewellery is beautiful and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and her fantastic work to anyone...
We have come away with the most beautiful keepsake jewellery and we can't thank Sam enough!!

I received helpful advice about the products I was interested in from Sam. Also clear instructions were available on how to send everything to them securely. Received a beautiful ring exactly as described. Quick turnaround, even got an extra stone made from mum's ashes and the rest of the ashes returned safely as promised. Kept up to date the whole way through and couldn't be happier with the whole experience and outcome.

I ordered a few bits from Sam. She helped me through getting the ashes to her and even sent the ones back that she did not use. It turned up on time and we really like all of them.

I ordered a memorial ring from Samfirememorials, and while the item was nice, it didn't fully meet my expectations. The service was good, with clear instructions and frequent updates, but the final product wasn't as special as I had hoped. Still, it's a meaningful keepsake.

My experience was easy. Sam was very efficient replying to queries I had and made my experience a lot easier. I was notified when Sam had received ashes and also when the ring was shipped.

Sam was respectful warm and helpful from the first contact and recommended some designs and colours based on what I was looking for. Even the ashes kit had a personal touch of adding the departed’s name. Very looking forward to seeing the final piece.

Great communication, told me when my Dads ashes arrived. The ring is lovely and am super pleased with it - thank you!
