I recently ordered a rose gold necklace from Remember.co.uk as a gift for my mum, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

The piece included a hidden photo of me, my sister and my two brothers when we were little, which made it incredibly special. Ollie was fantastic throughout – he kept us updated on progress and even sent a demo video showing what the image inside the necklace would look like before it was finalised. That extra touch gave us real confidence in the order.

When it arrived, the packaging was beautiful and the necklace itself is such lovely quality. Most importantly, my mum absolutely loves it.

Ollie made 2 necklaces for my twin grandaughters 18th birthday.They each now have a wonderful memory of their much loved Mum ,(who died when they were only 11 yrs old,)Which they can look at whenever and wherever they are to know she is with them.Ollie has been amazing throughout the process and always kept us up to date as things went along.The necklaces are beautiful and would recommend to anyone wanting a very special keepsake.

Remember's Stanhope lockets are such a clever, creative - and slightly magical! - way of keeping a precious memory close to the wearer. I loved the combination of the old 'technology' of the Stanhope lens with the modern setting I ordered; the elegant little nugget makes this locket a very easy piece to wear every day. Ollie couldn't have been more efficient and communicative, despite the busy time of year, and made me feel involved in the process throughout - which, given the emotional significance of this sort of commission, is very thoughtful. Best of all, the lockets were even lovelier than I'd hoped! I ordered two as gifts but am now dropping heavy hints for my own birthday...

I contacted the company following a targeted ad on Instagram and was sceptical at the start. I needn't have been worried as the service throughout the ordering process, and subsequent production of the pendant was just excellent. I wanted a stanhope lens pendant on a necklace displaying a favourite photo of my partner and I in time for her Christmas present. Ollie quickly confirmed that he would be able to produce the pendant in time, and that the photo selected would work. A lovely touch was a video sent showing what the photo looked like in the actual lens - which far surpassed my expectations. My partner adores the pendant and has worn it every day since opening it on Christmas Day. I cannot recommend the company nor its products more highly.
