HORRIBLE experience.
The tool doesn't work... when I was not getting an error (which happened most of the times lately) then the software will just show a status of "gathering data..." for days and days.
Maria from support will always give you the same answer: "our technical team are looking into this", "it will be solved today", "they are already applying the change" --- all lies, because nothing is solved. I basically paid for something that doesn't work and they will NEVER give you a solution to anything.
Stay away.

Absolutely terrible! The analyze product doesn't work. The chrome extension doesn't work. The support is non existent. Why in the world they think they can charge for a product that does not work on almost every level is beyond me. Really disappointed as I would love to have access to a working tool like this if it delivered any of what they claim it does. Total bummer

The website is having problems with its Analyse tool, I contacted support in the morning and the agent told me it’d be solved in an hour, it’s been several hours and nothing. My complaint is that I’m messaging support in the live chat and as soon as I tell them this, they just stop answering, seems like they don’t even know whats going now. It is one thing to have a problem with your page (any page will have one some day) and it’s one very different thing when you just lie to your customers and don’t even have the decency to answer to them, such a poor demonstration of professionalism.

I am one of those guys that had to test every dropship spy app out there before paying/picking one. I tried esniper dropispy and many more. HONESTLY, SalesSource blows them all out of the water (especially with the photo product search feature). Even though the cost is a tad more YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET! WORTH. EVERY. PENNY.

SaleSource has great customer support. I had a problem with the Product analyzer and once I contacted the support they solved the problem in just in second and also their software works amazing.

WOW! The customers service is just incredible! I cancelled my subscribtion but for some reason it did not get through the system. I got a refund and the communication with one the employees was just amazing! Thanks and will definitely remember for a long time this act!

There are many tools on the market for product research and other needs. Most make bold claims about their deliverables, but in my experience, they fall far short of expectations. SaleSource is different. The tool actually exceeded my expectations. It provides so many great benefits and some I haven't been able to find elsewhere. I recommend trying them out.

Red flag. I tried SaleSource trial for 7 days but canceled before it ended. Within the next couple days I found in my email a failed charge from SaleSource. I checked to make sure my account was canceled, and it is. No subscription at all. Good thing I didn't have money in my account for that time. Not sure why it would charge after I canceled and I asked someone on the website but nobody ever responded. I would've eventually subscribed but after this experience it's most likely not going to happen.

Update: Somehow I had 2 accounts but everything was solved and taken care of. That's a relief that makes me think about returning in the future to a subscription.
