Total scam

I was putting my card details for free 7 days trial on your website salesource.com but it charged me around 30 GBP. It was showing as a trial while I was subscribing and there was no sign that I will be charged immediately for the full subscription.

I cant unsubscribe as well. They also developed the unsubscription page in a way that you may think its an error. I will issue a lawsuit and report to the payment processor stripe asap.

On December 21, 2022, I signed up for a 7-day Professional trial with a promise on their website that I would only be charged after the 7-day trial expires. However, as soon as I entered my credit card information and clicked the Apply button, they immediately charged £134. I logged into Dashboard > Settings > Payments and saw the Stripe payment gateway showing that my next charge is due on January 20, 2023. This is unprecedented for any of our services or any company I've used before and it was definitely a bad experience! Because I was so angry, I talked to them directly but no one answered me. I texted on Twitter and it said their Twitter account is no longer available haha. I went to their Facebook and youtube channel and saw the latest video and post on December 6, 2021 (almost 1 year ago)! I emailed my claim with the intent to claim my £134 back to both billing@salesource. io and support@salesource. com (I had to leave a space like that for my review to be posted and to confirm that I have emailed them to their two email addresses which they have published on their website as well as on this website) but as of today 23rd December 2022 I have not received any emails from them except Zendesk's automated email saying "Your request (6860) has been updated. To add additional comments, reply to this email". Unbelievable!



This is a scam company! I advise people not to use any of their services. It's time for everyone to seriously report these scammers so that others are no longer victims like me and many of their other victims.

Fake Free Trial Don't use it

I canceled my subscription at the day I registered and after that I got notification that I got charged 37 GBP!
This company is a scam they tell you that they have "Free Trial" but as soon as you cancel it you get charged!

Update: They returned money but still was really uncomfortable.

i cancel my subscription with salesource over 12 months ago after finding it useless and on the 2nd of july 2022 i recieved ANOTHER CHARGE!!! 12 MONTHS AFTER MY CANCELLATION. this comapny is a fraud and must be reported, this means they have stored all our credit card details and exploited our rights

i have raised a law suit with my legal team and found avian holdings ltd is ran by kyle dayne who is behind this. expect a law suit coming your way and if anyone else has been affected by this i strongly urge you to testify against this criminal

SCAM

This is a free trial trap. I've tried their 7 days free trial about 2 years ago. I remembered that they don't have any unsubscribe feature. I didn't pursue dropshipping, so I didn't finish the free trial.

I didn't mind that they will ask for payment anymore since I didn't continue their services. But recently, they're collecting subscription fees again. What a scam. This is a total scam. They've disconnected all their communications.

(Edit): If for anything, you guys are doing this illegal activity of draining the unknowing Free Trial users of their money since 2020. So, cut the slack of having a glitched software.

If there'd be any class action lawsuit against this sham company, I'd love to participate.

P.S.: Observe their 5-star reviews, the pattern, punctuations, and header/title. Jesus! How dumb this company for using 5-star spam reviews?!

Absolutely not serious, stay away SCAM

Absolutely not serious, i subscribed for a free trial and pay them for those 7 day, after 2 days the system didn't
recognize my account, no way to unsubscribe ! i came here and after reading the messages about this company i called my bank to block the account.
I don't understand how people can act like that, i was going to sign up monthly , what bad ethics. Stay away from those losers

This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM. I canceled my account before the free trial period ended and I was still being charged for this service that I didn't have any access to. It's been an entire year of them STEALING my money and this is with me changing banks and debit card numbers TWICE!

Somehow these scammers are able to get my new debit card information and charge me on it for a mediocre service I didn't even have access to. They owe me $540! I changed banks in the beginning of the month, and they emailed me saying they couldn't charge my new debit card and red flags went off. I went to their website and my brand new debit card which I just got in the mail was somehow listed in their billing info without me giving them that info. And this is a new debit card, on a new bank account with an entirely different bank all together!! An entire new card and bank were on file with this scam company!

Hacking to get people's billing info without their authorization is highly ILLEGAL. I will have them shut down if I don't get my money back.

They don't really let you Cancel

Update: An unauthorized charge popped up 6-months later after the nightmare, wow. After emailing the company the owner? Kyle Dayne insulted me by calling me dumb, poor and ugly. I'd attach screenshots if I could. Outrageous business practice, avoid at all costs.

I really wish we could attach images so you could see the horrible experience I had trying to simply cancel my subscription. I have never ever had an experience that was borderline scamming people when trying to cancel their service.

First off, I'm pretty sure I canceled my subscription months ago but to my surprise, the charges had been coming out for month even though I didn't use the service.

In the past, canceling didn't work through their site so I had to use an actual account rep. And surprise surprise, it didn't work this time either (even though they updated a lot of things on their website). When you try to cancel it forces you to type out a whole reason why you're canceling along with selecting an option. Then! It just logs you out. hahaha. Tried on multiple browsers, disabled all ad blockers/plugins etc. Seems very purposeful to me.

So I then emailed them directly, to which I had a rep say "to cancel you'll need to talk with an account representative, pick a time from this calendly link"
ARE YOU SERIOUS?!

After a couple of frustrated emails later they FINALLY let me cancel, after wasting HOURS of my time!

The service itself isn't all that great, I've watched them do update after update and restrict the things users use the most while cranking up the price more and more.

This has been very poor business practice on Salesource's end and can't ever imagine recommending someone use their service if they make things this hard for users.

Shame on you Salesource!

Problem solved!

I had a problem with chrome extension, a conflict with other extension and I contact the Salesource chat. They were really nice and finally the problem was solved, The only thing is that it took some days as technical team was not always available. Anyway, good news as the problem is solved and it was a relief.

How can i unsubscribe..... after the registration and using it for 1day, the second i want to login with my ID, but system say Unable to locate account.

have write them email ask for assistant but not getting any reply..i was so worry because i could't use the product but still have to pay the monthly commitment ..
