Ordered via Amazon, there was delays in shipping originally to which they gave me a slight upgrade on the GPU. After it arrived around 2 weeks of normal use, the PC wouldn't boot into Windows. After back and forth trying to get support, they asked for it back.

I returned the unit and had to chase multiple times for updates (given the return window is approaching) after setting deadlines they informed it was due back (on the day after the 30 day return) after being away for a further 2 weeks!

It arrived back couple days ago, with the wrong GPU (a 730 instead of a 1050) and I highlighted this and then asked for a refund as had enough. This morning they have closed my support ticket without confirming I would receive a refund.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered a PC and monitor, and received a confirmation email. When the equipment arrived, the monitor did not work. Attempts to communicate with the company via email were unsuccessful as email servers do not recognise the address. The phone number given on the confirmation email is not recognised by the telephone exchange. Phoning the company directly (a Google search gives 01865 952725) resulted, eventually, in a very poor line with a promise that my call would be returned. Never happened.
Many others seem to have had similar negative experiences (some even suggesting being scammed). Foolishly, I did not read their reviews beforehand.
In summary: non-existent customer care.

This 'Company' is an arm of MAC4Sale. You shold review their TrustP page too!
These people are fraudsters. You will not recive the item odered or a refund.
Their phone number is not manned ever!
They respond to Emails only to string you along. you will never see your money again, let alone what you ordered! BE WARNED

I was very confused with to many choices available to buy gaming Pc so I discussed with online support which was really helpful asked questions which was answered professionally and recommended Pc according to my requirements.

Bought refurbished Dell gaming Pc. Item delivered in 7 working days 1 day late but communication was goos and I was well informed about delay plus on top it I got upgraded to free wireless internet card. Thanks Guys

Found them on Instagram bought budget PC for £140 plus postage using it over all conditions is grade B worth spending £140, But arrived a day late the said date.

Returned my laptop with in 14 days because I got one laptop from my work place. Smooth process sent item back got my refund no questions asked.

Never use this company or Mac4Sale. They are both linked and do not have the goods that you order in stock and try to sell you other items instead.
When you request a refund, they just lead you on in every conversation over email or phone. 3 months later, still no refund.
Ignore their own refund policy, even they don't know how to abide by it.

Bought budget refurbished laptop for £100. It arrived on time and served the purpose. I will surely recommend them.

I ordered a refurbished Playstation 4 for my son (very good condition option) I didnt receive an email confirmation. Days passed and I tried to call. Their phone numbers on google dont work. I spoke to someone on their web chat who told me their company name was something differant, this set off alarm bells. I then got an email confirmation out the blue with a tracking number but no courier listed to track. A few days later a random Asian guy called to say it's been looked at by the refurbishment team and not to worry. More days passed and after an email from myself threatening to cancel the order it arrived. The packaging was great, the console was filthy. (I have photos to show) dust all over it, and in the vents,finger prints and remember this was the (very good condition) Poor communication. Poor service. Poor condition. Going by the other reviews this company needs to be investigsted by trading standards.

There is nothing safe about this company! Be very, very careful, l find it hard to believe the good reviews.This company is the worst company l have ever dealt with. Their customer service department is atrocious.
The computer was not in stock even though you are led to believe you will get it in 6 working days. So l cancelled the order after finally managing to speak to some one to be told I had to confirm with an email. To cut a long story short because l could give you an essay, the PayPal refund failed 3 times and l didn’t get my money back for around 48 days when fortunately PayPal stepped in and finally it arrived in my account.
If you try and open up there policies you won’t be able to open them which l would of thought was against the law. Very rarely do they respond to email , phone or on the chat if there is a problem ! I really thought l had lost the money so grateful to PayPal !
