Loved this experience!
Loved this experience! The sauna itself is wonderful, it smells so good with the hot wood and eucalyptus oils added in. Loved the hot and cold therapy too. Felt amazing afterwards, wish I could do it every week.

The friendliness of the owner and the other people in the sauna as I attended on my own ! I felt welcome and cared for. also enjoyed 2 dips in the sea despite the weather wind rain and waves !
A great experience leaving me exhilarated but relaxed slept well afterwards too !

Perfect seafront sauna experience
The sauna is perfect in everyway. It's clean, the right temperature, spacious inside and right by the sea. Booking the session was easy and clear. David the owner was friendly and helpful and offered breathing exercises to help with the cold water dip. I felt held and part of a community. Definitely going again.

I live In Manchester but look to get in the sauna any time I'm back in Cumbria, absolutely love it such a friendly vibe and David is brilliant! tend to book double sessions just so to get 3 or 4 rounds in the sauna, there are plenty sauna places in Manchester that are great but nothing like this! absolutely love it!!

St Bees Sauna
The Wild Sauna at St Bees is a fantastic experience. The view is spectacular and the sauna itself is beautifully clean and there is plenty or room for eight. David was very friendly and welcoming.

Wild Sauna experience....WOW!
My fourth visit to this sauna & still an absolute joy. Saunas have not been a big favourite for me in the past until this experience. All I can say is get yourself along and reap all the benefits. Absolutely invigorating, love it. 🥵🥶🌊💕
