This is a fantastic experience. It's great to get able to dip in the sea before, during and after the sauna. The sauna is very clean and David is always on hand to give advice and tips.

What an amazing experience.A wild sauna situated right next to St Bees beach, pure bliss!! Dave is an excellent host who looks after you and is very knowledgeable. I had the best night's sleep after this, as did my friends. Will definitely be back. Thank you for bringing this experience to us x

RX4 wild sauna is a wonderful experience, relaxing, easily accessible and completely affordable.
What completes the experience is the host Dave who creates a totally welcoming atmosphere, his enthusiasm and love for what he does rubs off on the sauna experience as he goes out of his way to make you comfortable even when doing a cold plunge.

David was very accommodating, he went above and beyond to ensure we got the most out of our experience. I would definitely recommend anyone to attend who is a beginner to an experienced user of the sauna.

This was my first time using the wild sauna and participating in a cold water sea dip. It was such a refreshing experience, the owner was amazing and everyone supported us throughout. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back.

Such an amazing wild sauna experience. We also did a cold water dip in the sea, my first time and it was incredible. The contrast was exhilarating and made the whole experience feel so refreshing and empowering. I left feeling relaxed, energised, and proud I’d done it! Highly recommend and will be coming back!

An amazing experience!
We did the night time sea dip and sauna and it was so calm, quiet and relaxing. It gave plenty of time for reflection, whilst also being in the company of some wonderful people.
David couldn't do enough for us, we'll 100% be back!

David always goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and checks on you before and regularly. We watched the sun set in the sauna then the shooting stars . It was a magical night with interesting people .

Having the sauna on our doorstep with such beautiful scenery is fabulous. RX4 - David ensures everyone gets a good understanding and the full benefit of heat and cold water therapy. Most importantly new friends are made and genuine fun is had. Awesome experience.

A perfect start to my coast to coast walk. Met two lovely people, and all went for a dip half time. David is friendly and certainly adds to the experience. Unfortunately I couldn’t convince him to bring the sauna to Essex.

Fantastic little set up right by the beach. The sauna is great and so are the views.
