The clothes snd swimsuits from Rufflebutts are so cute and the quality cannot be beat! My granddaughter looks so cute and gets many compliments and questions on where the items were purchased.
She lives in her swimsuits throughout the summer and has never had a problem with wear and tear. When she outgrows them, they still look like brand new.
The customer service is outstanding!! On my most recent order, I accidentally put the incorrect city on my delivery address and the order shipped out before i realized it. I contacted Rufflebutts and they graciously re-shipped my order to the correct address and without any additional fees.
I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is. You won’t be disappointed with your purchase or service.

This was my first purchase and I am beyond satisfied! I ordered 12 items and the grab bag. Everything is excellent! The grab bag had a really nice variety of items including the adorable Halloween ruffle tights!! Super happy with my purchase. I had an initial issue with my order (had selected quantity 2 do an item). The customer service team remedied this immediately with one message.

Every year, I buy my niece two swimsuits for her May birthday. They are always a big hit and the cutest things you have ever seen. This year, when one of the suits came in, the monogram was a little off-center. I was worried about contacting RuffleButts (maybe they wouldn't "see" the issue that I did? maybe this would be more work for me, shipping it back, etc?) NONE of that happened. They simply asked for a pic and were completely courteous and swift with their answers and solutions. It was one of the most painless transactions I have ever had. Because of their response, I'm able to give my niece two swimsuits that I (and RuffleButts) can continue to be proud of. 100% love this company!

Cutest bathing suits and great quality! We received one wrong item, and I was shockingly surprised when I called customer service number that a lady answered right away, knew my name already and quickly shipped out the correct bathing suit!

They frequently run incredible sales, and I have been taking advantage of the discounts for Christmas presents. I started shopping in October and just stashing the boxes aside as they arrived. I noticed today when I was starting to wrap gifts that one of the swimsuits was missing from my order. It’s been weeks since I placed the order, but since I didn’t open them, I didn’t realize until now. I emailed customer service, and not only did they respond within minutes (on a Saturday, no less) they are fixing the mistake immediately and were so kind about the whole situation. I love a company that is more focused on customer service than technicalities. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure things are up to their high quality standards.

This week I had some concerns about my daughters leggings that I had just purchased the thread from them was coming undone but nothing that couldn’t be fixed. I just wanted to reach out to let them know. I had the pleasure of speaking with Karlea who helped me with my concerns and she was so sweet. I couldn’t have had better customer support.

I've bought a few times from RuffleButts/RuggedButts for my grand kids and have been very satisfied with their products. Today I learned what a wonderful company they truly are! I'd ordered something that was no longer available in the size I'd purchased. I spoke with Karlea in customer service. We discussed that I could order another size for the same price. I was instructed to place the order and to call back and RuffleButts would credit my card for the difference in pricing and shipping. I placed the order, but didn't get a chance to call customer service back. An hour or so later, I received a call from Karlea stating she checked my account and saw that I'd ordered the item, but hadn't called for my credit, so she went ahead and credited my account for the difference!! She said that my order would ship the same day. When was the last time someone called to tell you they applied a credit without you asking for one!!! Wonderful Customer Service!!! Fantastic follow-up!! Thank you!!

I absolutely adore this fine company! The merchandise is top quality and the option to monogram an item makes the item extra special. I’m a lover of monogrammed items! I recently purchased a chambray dress for my granddaughter with her monogram. Unfortunately the monogram was incorrect. I contacted the company and I was so impressed by the kindness and professionalism I experienced. I received another dress with the correct monogram within a day after speaking to a customer representative. Wow! Talk about fantastic customer service! I’m looking forward to purchasing many more items in the years to come.
