I’ve ordered several times and everything is always so cute and great quality! I love the rompers because they can last 2 seasons, sometimes longer. I’ve never needed customer service until today. I ordered some things from the Cyber Monday sale, and after I purchased them I realized I re-ordered something I just got a couple of weeks ago. I emailed customer service and asked if I could exchange the item before it was processed and they gladly accommodated me! They responded quickly and exchanged the item in my order, even though it was my error.

This company has THE BEST customer service. I made a mistake on my order and realized it after 5:00 on a Friday. I sent an email stating what I did wrong, with options for fixing and they got back with me over the weekend and fixed my order! Wow! I expected to be told it was my problem like bigger online operations. It felt like such personalized attention. I have been buying Rugged/RuffleButts for my grandchildren and for new parents for years and have never been disappointed!

RuffleButts has such amazing customer service, in addition to amazing quality clothes. I recently place an order during an amazing sale they were having, and at the time of order it said one of the items was on back order and would ship on a certain date. When that date rolled around I received an email from customer service stating that unfortunately the item will be further delayed. They apologized and offered for me to modify my order. I wasn’t in a rush and didn’t need to change my order but I really appreciate the communication and transparency. I will for sure be continuing to order from this company! First rate!

RuffleButts products are high quality and extremely fun. I have twin granddaughters and love to shop RuffleButts for them as well as gifts for new moms. Their customer service is fantastic as well.

Got a very cute set of blue Jean overall shorts for my grandson but they were too small. It was a good while before my daughter got them back

We received a swimsuit with no bottoms and the customer service at Ruffled Butts was exceptional. We had a replacement in no time. My girls have numerous suits at this point and all are great quality, comfortable and cute. Definitely recommend this company and their product.

I ordered plaid button ups for my boys (4 and 6) along with the matching dress for my little peanut. The size 6 was on back order so, it shipped separately. It was quick to ship, but I never received it. USPS marked it delivered, but I didn’t get it.
I reached out to customer service and they were quick to respond and come to a resolution. They sent out a replacement shirt right away and I received it in 2 business days - JUST in time for school pictures!

I shop RuffleButts because the quality is superb. I will continue to shop because the customer service is even better.

Wonderful company, amazing Swimsuits! Our family loves Ruffle Butts! We had an issue with one of my daughters suits getting bleached by a very chlorinated pool at a water park, I reached out to Ruffle Butts and got a response so quickly. They replaced the suit free and sent it out that day! We are customer ls for life ❤️

I have been stuck on an automatic, very irritating robo cell phone message system from this company ? Despite contacting customer service and bring assured i would b removed from that list ! Do not order from them or you will b cursed with the same fate!!!!

I've been buying RuffleButts for the last few years since my son was born and now I have a newborn daughter and can't stop buying clothes for her. She was a chunky baby so the size I ordered didn't fit. I called customer service to just discuss sizing and the exchange policy and the girl I spoke with was so kind. We talked for ten minutes about sizing and towards the end she sent me a label to mail my items back for an exchange. I cannot express how genuine and thoughtful the RuffleButts customer service team is. Looking forward to my exchange!

I had ordered my granddaughter some monogrammed fall outfits for her 1st birthday. I received the adorable clothes but one of the items was the wrong size. I called Customer Service and they immediately placed a new order with the correct size and monogram to be shipped out the same day. I was told to keep the incorrectly sized item since it was monogrammed so I didn’t even have the hassle to send it back. Impressive customer service! I will be a frequent customer for sure!

Blown away by the customer service. An item slightly different than what I had ordered (an old version of the same item actually without a new update) was sent and when I notified them, they immediately said they’d send the new one and that I wouldn’t have to deal with the hassle of returning the original one they sent me. That was a big relief to be rid of that hassle, and they just truly acted like they cared and made it so easy!!!

I contacted customer service because I was dissatisfied with a swimsuit. I wanted to express my disappointment and I didn’t expect much of a response. But Wow! They surprised me! Summer listened and took care of it completely. Nowadays good customer service is rare. This really stands out and I will share with others! Thank you Rufflebutts :)

Customer service! Summer in customer service made the experience! She was able to modify my order so it would arrive as I had hoped. Quick, efficient and extremely pleasant.
Not to mention the adorable boys swim trunks and zippered long sleeve swim shirt. Ordered as a baby gift.
