My daughter’s swim suit faded from a bright colorful purple, to a pale baby pink. Samantha was very pleasant to work with, responded within MINUTES, and issued a refund because they were out of my daughter’s size for a new suit! I will definitely try another one because of their friendliness and customer support! Thank You

Marcus was kind and empathetic with the issue (which was no fault of RB’s) we had. He went above and beyond and offered us a replacement item. My daughter will be so happy!

The bathing suit I ordered fit amazing. As a mom of four, being in a bathing suit is not my favorite thing but I feel like it’s actually very flattering and it doesn’t move everywhere when I pick up my kid, nurse the baby, or swim laps.
Customer service is great as well. I will definitely be telling my fiends all about RuffleButts!

I was gifted a buttery soft onesie for my baby girl. It was 3-6 month size so we waited patiently to wear it. After washing and throwing on after a bath, I noticed a red spot of my daughter’s chest. There was a small hard section of material where it looked like something was properly cut or sewn in correctly. It happens, no big deal! I emailed customer service, who responded in less than 24 hours, and they thanked me for reaching out. Not only was she very polite, thankful for using their product, but she immediately offered to send a replacement outfit! What a pleasant experience! I can’t boast them enough! Love rufflebutts!

Marcus was absolutely AMAZING!! I was checking on the status of an item I purchased for a birthday photo shoot and he went above and beyond!! He saw that the item had been picked and that usually would be enough but he went to the back and saw that it had been embroidered, got it packaged up, AND got it shipped out!

I recently placed an order with RuffleButts and needed to make some adjustments. I worked with Allyssa in Customer Service and she provided excellent help. I found her extremely knowledgeable, efficient and kind.

First of all, the suit quality and designs are top tier. I looked a lot for a quality, bright and cute neon suit for my daughter, and RuffleButts took the cake. I opted for the adorable embroidery, and it is…just so good. The customer service was also excellent, responding if I had any questions or issues immediately (shout out to Summer!) Go for it!

Love your product, however, after 7 days of placing an order and 2 days of receiving the order, the swimsuit went on sale (from $50 to $26.99). I called and they stated that adjustments will not be given, that I would have to return to product (pay for shipping it back) and then rebuy (pay for shipping as it is under $50). Not very customer friendly.

Absolute Scam company, Not answering any e-mails at all and letting people pay for nothing.
