Dug me out of a right mess my old accountants left me in. Missed doing vital parts of their job, comms were non existent, made errors and generally just an awful company who just wanted your money. After this experience I was dreading finding another accountant.

Ruibin has been the complete opposite. I can drop him a message and he responds usually within 5 minutes. Regardless of the time.

Answers any queries you might have and willing to go look into it if needed. Helped fix my old accountants mess at a reasonable price and turned it around in a good time too.

As a new business, going from sole trader to Limited, I needed guidance through my tax. I had previously used another online accountancy service but I found that they didn't understand my needs as I was in a specialist area of reselling business, took time to respond, and they were expensive.

He understood my needs and advised on what I needed to do and when, and has excellent competitive pricing. Despite not using accounting software, he was able to patiently work through my Excel spreadsheet reports, and help submit my tax reports right up to the deadline day.

Ruibin is more than your 9 to 5 accountant - He recognises his customers needs and is available all the time and respond to questions quickly which is a help for those that have other full time jobs during the day.
