From the initial email, to dropping off my watch to be polished and re-sealed and collecting my now good as new watch, the service is beyond my expectations. Kept in constant communication with me via email, giving me regular updates on the progress of the service. Very professional, prompt and amazing work. Great company. Had my watch (Tag Heuer) battery changed twice now and a refurb of the bracelet. Very competitive price and quality of the work is first rate. Particularly happy with the communication, which is all online and very clear.

I have recently had 2 watches serviced at RS Watch repairs in Wythenshawe, Manchester. A Tag Heuer Formula 1 Chronograph and an Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean Chronograph. The Tag is quartz. The Omega is mechanical. I was a bit apprehensive before I arrived at their premises, but after a quick chat with Lee, I was reassured my watches were in good hands. The Tag came back first. On collection Lee explained what had been done to the watch. I was very pleased with the result. The service and repair to the pusher was excellent. The polishing to the bracelet and case was second to none. The watch literally looked brand new again. Next up, the Omega came back. Full service with replacement crystal and replacement bezel. Omega replaced the crown, the pushers and the Helium escape valve too. Again, I was blown away by the result. The watch looked like the day it did in the show room. Amazing job guys. Communication is good with RS Watch repairs. I was kept abreast regarding the progress of my watches as they went through their respective service/repair processes. All in all a good experience with the guys at RS Watch Repairs. If you require a service or repair or restoration work being carried out on your precious time piece, I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

A friend recommended RSWR and they were brilliant, walked me through the process and made it very easy, regular comms kept me up to date with progress and my prized watch returned quickly and with care. Also, cheaper than going via Omega store and quicker! No complaints and will use again.

After a few bad experiences with other companies I’m pleased to say RS were awesome. They kept me updated all the way through the process, emails and phone calls. My 25 year old watch came back looking and working as good as new!!! I can’t praise them highly enough. Well done 👍

After more than 15 years of never being off my wrist and a few “cheap” battery replacements along the way, my Tag Heuer Aqua Racer was looking very tired and no longer waterproof. Rather than just replace the battery on the high street this time around, I opted to send the watch for the Tag Heuer Platinum Service at RSRW. The watch now looks as new.Multiple scratches on the body and bracelet have been polished out, a new winder and new mechanism inside as well as a new battery and seals, restoring its 10 ATM. Rating. Not a “cheap” option but worthwhile for me at least.
Topped off by efficient and friendly service and communications from Lee, Brian and Ricardo.

5 Star - I was looking for a sympathetic service of a vintage Omega the advice was great, clear as were updates I would reccomend without hesitation.

Having made an appointment to discuss what was necessary,I left my Rolex Submariner and my Late Fathers Rolex Air King to be serviced. After an initial inspection I was emailed with the price and timeline for the repairs. I then received numerous emails keeping me informed and up to date.
Upon completion they were posted back to me the following day, and to say I was pleased is an understatement. Both watches came back in as new condition, they look amazing!!
