Do not use this casino. I placed first in a freeroll tournament. I won $100. Eventhough I followed their terms and conditions they refused to pay me. They gave me a reason that directly contradicted the plainly stated terms and conditions.

Hello I had a 100 no deposit bonus and I won all together approximately between 1000-4000? Not exactly sure on the amount but I did a withdrawal on 10/30/2023 ... all of a sudden I realized that my money was gone besides like 20 something that u had on my account. I look at my transactions and it said coupon withdrawal approved. And FYI I has already did the credit card authorization form and sent documentations of my picture ID and also a utility bill before actually putting the request in for withdrawal. The amount of the approved withdrawal is 1,112,96 . It's been about 3 weeks nothing was credited back and also when doing the withdrawal I believe I chose Bank check. What's the status of receiving my check if indeed that's how I choose or chose to receive my winnings and when is my estimate time you think I will receive my check in mail. Had some issues verifying my identity at first but it looks like Royal Ace had got it sorted out after checking status this am. Will be making my deposit to verify my crypto wallet later today so I can withdraw using coindraw. If you need support from them quickly I would advise coming here to reach out before emailing them as their response time here is very quick and it seems their live chat feature doesn't like to load for more users than just myself. Regardless after getting in touch with them I was able to get everything sorted out. Upgrading from 2 star to 4 and as soon as my withdraw completes I'll come back to leave update on how long it took after initiated and to give them a full 5 stars.

Royal Ace is a complete scam. I completed all the requests in order to withdraw my winnings. And as soon as I went to withdraw with rightful in mind, they locked me out and stated "oops something bad happened" as you can see down below where I uploaded the screenshot. Don't ever play here.

ANSWER: If submitting the same Drivers License or Passport to every other casino online game uploads my documents perfectly fine. How the heck could i be "high risk" The point is i'm not high risk. Royal made it up to come up with some logical reason behind closing my account for no reason. I had won the jackpot on the newest game and the playthrough requirements are ridiculously high and couldn't be explained. I've sent numerous emails about my concerns nothing yet and that's been 2 weeks now. Help I'm at odds with my winnings and decisions with this casino.

I was given free spins from email marketing, from those free spins I won a small amount, but was able to beat the rediculous (almost impossible) playthrough, and claim the maximum winnings of $100.
Once I tried to withdrawal, I was prompted to make a $10 deposit by Bitcoin to verify the wallet that would get the payout.
I did this, then was prompted that it would take "up to" 1 week to process my withdrawal and "up to" 1 week after that for the $110 USD in BTC to be transferred to my wallet. 9 days later, all numbers I can find online for this casino are not in service and there is no response to the three email addresses I've come across.

Funny they keep sending me marketing emails multiple times per day, considering I still (2 weeks later) have not received one single response except for a reply to this review asking for my account info (which was promptly supplied) I think I'll do my gambling elsewhere (and I have, extensively).

Update- OK, I am changing my rating for this platform to 4 stars. It was exactly 3 days for my payout. It is a long wait but my experience has shown Royal ace to be reputable and I would recommend.

I deposited money without a bonus. My account shows fully verified yet I have been waiting almost a month for my withdrawal. It still shows as pending.. I have contacted customer care at least 10 times. First I was told they would escalate the issue to management and I would hear back on 2-3 business days (this was 2 weeks ago) then I was told they would put a ticket in and I would hear something in 24 hours yet another week has passed and still nothing.
