First time on there platform I accepted a coupon for free sc. Completed the playthrough requirements and tried to withdraw my winnings and got denied. Requested a withdrawal on December 3, 2024. Recieved and email stating that my withdrawal request had been recoeved. I reached out to my VIP host to confirm no further account verification was necessary I. Which the host verified my account was good to go. I recieved a followup email that confirmed my funds were on the way. I waited the 7-10 days according to the terms and conditions and received nothing. I reached out to the VIP host again on December 19th who then stated that my account needed to be verified and that I needed to submit a current bank statement. I provided the bank statement and immediately received a call from the VIP host who stated that my withdrawal was immediately approved, however due to the holidays there may be a delay in payment so I would need to wait the 7-10 day waiting period again. It is now January 23,2025 and still no payment. I have spoken with my assigned VIP host as well as countless other VIP account managers who continue to inform that the payment was issued to the third party payment provider on January 19th and that once the payment is sent to the provider the timeframe for receipt is dependent on the providers limitations and that they were extremely delayed due to a backlog in requested withdrwals.
