This casino has been by far hands down the most courteous the most responsive customer service team I have ever dealt with as far as dealing with casinos. My request was processed and handled in a timely manner I have been playing poker online with this company for a long time now and I finally won most casinos will give you the total run around and find any little reason not pay me. This casino did the exact opposite of course there's rules that needs to be followed to make sure everyone is safe and it's a legitimate transaction but the whole process was painless they didn't waste my time and I'm very appreciative of that

Beware this casino will do everything possible not to pay its winners. i deposited won then went thru all there drama to get paid 2 weeks after requesting withdrawal did they finally get around to paying me. next i get a free spin bonus and hit big like 275 dollars on 10 spins x times that by 30 the playthru was over 8k. i get it half way down and then my balance drops below a dollar. anyone who gambles knows this clears the paythru i somehow worked my way up to 44 dollars. tried to withdraw told i need 50 for bitcoin almost lost it all but finally got to 66 dollars now there system says the money is withdrawable has it should be. NOW EVERYONE KNOWS CASINO SOFTWARE IS FLAWLESS SO THEY CLAIM. the system says money is withdrawable no where did it say anything about a playthru but they wont pay me the 66 dollars say i have like 4k playthru i tell them where your system dont show no playthru your system says it is withdrawable.they tell me i have to finish playthru i tell them how can i finish something your system claims is already done they tell me oh no worries we will keep track of it. lol i tell them your system does that for you and playthru as been meet or it wouldnt say the money is withdrawable. but they refuse to pay me the money is the casino that bad off that they cant afford 66 dollars. my suggestion is beware and avoid ROYALACE CASINO.

Like many of the Inclave casinos, The positives are the games are fun, bonuses good (as long as you understand the rules) and you can always reach somebody in support.

The cons? Long waits for withdrawals and they miss their own timelines, i.e. they imply it's 7-10 days for your withdrawal but you always have to come back on the 10th day and have it be escalated and then wait 3-4 more days and once its "resolved" its 7-10 days to pay out.

I won 1500.00. I used a debit card for deposit. Put in for redemption and waited 5 days and never heard from them. Contacted customer service and they said I would have to use bank wire transfer. They could not send to debit card. I use Credit union and they said they could not transfer to a credit union. Must be a bank like Wells Fargo or Chase. Wanted me to go open an account and wait a month for a statement to prove I had an account. They did finally agree to send 500.00 through crypto. That was 14 days ago. They said it has to approved and once approved it could be another 10 days before they send payment. Im not sure what they are approving! The thing that irritates me is that they were not going to contact me to tell me they weren't sending my withdrawal. If I had not contacted them I would have never known! They need to be shut down!

I used a coupon and I followed all of their rules, I won 300$ and they refused to pay it because I used a coupon. Even though I followed the rules and I provided identity information they refuse to pay, they refuse to give me a physical address or a license number. They say they cannot tell someone where they are located to protect the casino.

I simply have just rated a 3/5 because I've yet to use this particular site long enough to know.

This casino is a SCAM!! Read the reviews, they not lieing, everything they say is true because it happened to me too. These people are crooks. They so quick to take your deposit but when u try to cash out they make it so impossible; for example for me, I had lost the card I initially made some deposits with, but got new card and made more deposits. Time to cash out and I tell them the other card was lost and the current card is the card they sent me as a replacement. It’s from same account, and you know what they told me. I had to write a letter telling them how I lost my original card, and is it still active, and why and where and who and sign and date it and email back to them for verification. I’m like no I’m not doing that, I’m telling you right here right now I lost my card and I don’t know where it is and the card I’m using now is from the same account and they said sorry we need a letter this and that…. Do not even waste your time...This place took almost 12,000 dollars from my account that I won.I tried to deposit money and it wasn't letting me deposit.I talked to customer service they said they would make it right if I deposit it still couldn't deposit money still took all the money out of my account over $12,000..This casino is a scam they took everything out of my account and said I claimed 2 bonuses.I am absolutely furious for all the winnings to just be taken by management.I would have been happy if I could have at least got 1000 but no they took it all ..So beware of this site because even if you win you will not get paid be warned...

Number one always look up to see what other people say about an online casino before playing I have found this to be very valuable but unfortunately too late. Royal Ace online casino obviously does not like to pay the people that play on their website or if they come back rather. I won't go into too much detail but you tell me if I'm right or wrong here, I had been on the site a few times so it wasn't like I wasn't new and put a good amount of money into playing I went in this was just a couple days ago I didn't think there was any money on it so without even looking I deposited $50 when I went in to play a game it said 80 I thought cool the 30 was from the weekly cash coupon that you get didn't think anything of it played the game all the sudden wow I won a little over $6,000 so cool I keep playing a little bit more and all the sudden without my consent it's like the 6000 disappeared except for $100 and of course I went to chat right away and they said because it was a bonus but aren't bonuses your choice if you choose to redeem them or not? I didn't have that option that $30 was already on there I couldn't say no I don't want it so how is that against a bonus that I didn't have a choice to redeem or not? When I went into the cash out part it said on transactions that I wanted to withdraw that but they reversed it which I never went into cash out anyway they did all that when I talked to them on chat they say that anything over that bonus was null and void I can only cash out a hundred but I didn't even have a choice to do that they did it all right there in front of me I can see where it says the 6000 I tap on it but it does nothing so am I wrong here or what I guess I don't know you take a chance I get it just thought I would vent

I would give this casino even lower score of a one star if it was possible. There are so many Scam loops that even if you want the fair and square, which with any of these casinos, that’s the only way to do it, they would still make up their own rules as time goes so that you don’t win or get your fair winnings. I'm not going to start off by bashing this casino just yet. On the 21st of last month I won $9998 and proceeded to do a cashout Should be no big deal as I've deposited 1000s if dollars into this casino that I've lost.. I've been up a grand or 2 a few times but never cashed it out just played it through a few times trying to win the big bucks. But no such luck and always ended up losing it back. No big deal..I know the risks I've been a gambler most of my life and know you win some you lose some. When I lose I don't complain and say the casino cheated somehow or say it's a computer and they probably have it set to take your money.. I take my losses with a grain of salt and know the next time I play it could be my turn to win. Well finally it was my turn win.. I bought in I think for $49 using a coupon to give me some extra playing money on top of the money I deposited. I know from playing long enough that the extra money they give you to play with is taken off the top if you should happen to cash out.. I also know there is a certain amount of playthrough that you have to do if you use one of their coupons. So I played through the amount I was obligated to play thru. So I go to cash out and since I hadn't cashed out before I knew I'd have to verify my account by verifying my ID and my banking which I did with no problems.. everything was verified. I didn't know up until that point that I would only be allowed to cash out in $2500 increments but ok . if that's the rule that's the rule so I continue to do 3 cash outs of $2500 each and one for $2498. I was told it would take 7-10 days before I'd get cashed out the first one.. so I waited the 7 to 10 days and on the 10th day I asked them where my cashout was and I was told it's 7 to 10 business days sir which meant it was going to be another 4 days if it takes the full "7to10 days" so I wait another 4 days and again message customer service and politely ask where my payout is? To which I'm replied your 14th day fell on a holiday so youve gotta wait until Monday. Monday rolls around and no money.. I again ask where is my first cash out? to which I get a reply that it also takes 7 to 10 business days for them to issue my money.. (umm excuse me? what?? wtf are you talking about? so what what were you guys doing with the first 14 days that I just waited??) So now the customer service person says to me that they are going to now escalate my case ( which I don't know why if they are running a legit company why you would have to escalate anything.. I've owned many businesses and I'm confused on what the runaround is,. you issue the money and it goes into my account simple we can be,. no games just honest transactions just like when I deposit money into your casino.. you have no problems or games when I deposit money. So I thank the person on "escalating" my cash outs in which I'm reassured that my cash outs will be coming soon. So another 7to10 business days (another 14 days). So we're coming up on the tail end of another 14 days of waiting for my 1st cash out. If I could rate them 0 stars I would. This casino is a scamming money pit. I won and tried to withdraw and was told I had to make a deposit first. So I did, then I was told I had to verify my identity so I tried and it kept rejecting it. Spoke to a customer service rep and they told me I could not withdraw because I had multiple accounts, which I do not. This was my first time playing on this platform. The rep tells me I don't get my winnings and my Litecoin deposit will be returned to me after I verify my account and if the other account isn't mine then it would be deleted. I say ok because the only account I have is the one I'm playing on now. Went back and tried to verify again and was told I couldn't because I tried to many times already. Tried to go back and speak to customer service again and the casino logs me out. I try to log back in and message I get states that my log in info is invalid (code violet). WTF does that mean? So not only did they keep my winnings but they never returned my deposit and deleted my account so I couldnt go back and verify my identity. They straight up stole my money.

Royal Ace Casino is a scam. I played fairly and won then they stole my winnings saying I used two bonus codes back-to-back. That “rule” was never shown in my account, and I had no warning at all.

How is that fair? If you don’t want players to use two coupons, then say it clearly in the user account or before redeeming — don’t wait until AFTER someone wins to take it all back. This feels shady and dishonest.

Avoid this casino — they’ll find any excuse not to pay you. Terrible experience. I’ve reported them to the BBB and the FTC.

Royal Ace Casino withdrew my withhdrawl because they said I used two bonuses in a row, however when I went to withhdrawl my $997 winnings, it said I had to make a $10 deposit, which I did!!! Then after a week off now getting my winnings deposited into my account I used the chat forum to ask where my withhdrawl was, and the said I never made a deposit before I won my winnjngs, therefore I forfieted my winnings!!!

Total garbage casino. Lies ,lies, lies.they give you the runaround.never pay you. DO NOT USE OR DEPOSIT.
