Strange how almost all reviews start…

Strange how almost all reviews start with drivers name, almost like it's been driven by a scanner at the end of a delivery, forced 5 star whilst stood in front of the service user is so disingenuous. You should be ashamed and have flagged this practice as the date of the system scanner update is clear.

Hugh was very friendly

Hugh was very friendly, punctual and quick and efficient with the repair if th wheelchair. Let us know when he was his way to us so we could have the chair ready

Service with empathy

Gary Thompson visited our services to repair a wheelchair.We knew that probably needs new part and he confirmd our suspicions.
Whoever,it was very important for our resident to use the wheelchair in the weekend so when we explain that to Gary,he found a temporary and safe solution to our problem until the part arrives.He shown empathy and understanding and those are very good qualities for a person in his position,who is dealing with people in care.Thank you so much Gary

Excellent service

Terry was very thorough. He made sure I was satisfied with his repair and asked if there was anything else he could help with A+ Appointment was easy to make and manage when I needed to change the date.

New Wheelchair delivery

Sean Taylor came today the 18th May to deliver my husbands new wheelchair. My husband was transferred on to his new chair and from then on Sean asked my husband what adjustments he wanted the arms put back abit the legs lengthened the head rest adjusted the roho cushion pumped up
And equalised . Nothing was too much trouble . Sean was diligent in all the work he carried out.He is a polite and a nice chap who goes over and above to do his job.he left our house with a big smile on my husbands face looking comfortable and happy.thankyou

Excellent service from start to finish

Excellent service from start to finish! The wheelchair delivery was done by Gary Thompson and was incredibly fast, professional, and well organized. The driver was very polite and helpful, and the wheelchair arrived in perfect condition. Communication throughout the whole process was clear and reliable. I truly appreciate the care and efficiency — highly recommended for anyone looking for dependable wheelchair delivery service.

Good service

Terry who picked up the wheelchair was very helpful and respectful.
Also the lady who arranged the pickup was very helpful and proactive.
