I always buy shoes online, a size 8.5 and never had to return shoes. The Rosemary and Faye shoes I received must be at least one size too small. Additionally, the shoe strap with the pearl attached does not cover the Velcro that it adheres to. The visible Velcro makes the shoe look extremely cheap. I wanted to exchange them. They told me I had to return them and pay a fee of $20, and then they would send another pair, which was questionable regarding the fit. After TWENTY back and forth emails, which should have included a code worth the cost of the shoes (that I was told I now wouldn’t have to return), there has been no resolution, although it was promised many times. I never received the code.I can’t wear the shoes and I refuse to pay $20 for returning badly made shoes. Plus- there is NO store in New York City, which they claim to own. Don’t trust them- stay far away, it’s a scam!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM FRONT. The quality is GARBAGE. Cheap crap that comes from China in plastic bags for a lot of money. I ordered three pairs of shoes from their “exclusive” line…none of the shoes were actually leather, no actual stitching, the clasps were cheap hooks, the color was completely different on one of them. They then had the manipulative audacity to ask if I’d just like a store credit to purchase other items. Why would I buy more of their crap?? We’ll see how much it costs me to return them. SO disappointed, really thought I’d found some cute decent quality shoes because they also are not cheap.

Horrible! The shoes did not come within the shipping window and when they did, it looked like a child wrapped it so what I’m thinking is that the package was opened and then it was repackaged by somebody else possibly I do not know but the company took about a week back-and-forth to get a resolution and they told me for the inconvenience they give me 20% off they never did. Terrible service. Tracking numbers they give do not “track” or give any info. They take days to reply. And they do not do what they promise. I will never order from this company again.

Ordered a dress "Bianca" it came made in a thin acetate type fabric that halloween costumes are made of. The "seams" down the front were not seams or darts, but painted into the fabric to appear to be so. The dress was dreadful, didn't fit, poorly made and designed. I tried to return but at my own expense to China when the owner is here in the US. Wanted to give me a store credit...no way would I do business with them again. They are under several names, I believe.

I ordered boots and shoes. It took a long time to receive them. (They have a 30 day return policy, so clock is ticking) Boots look ok but shoes look nothing like in picture, very cheap low quality. Website claims genuine leather but there is no genuine leather sign anywhere on the shoes and they look like plastic, top and bottom. I want to return the shoes. Customer service suggested to give me pocket change or partial store credit instead of full refund for return. Very disappointing. I do not recommend this company.

This company is a sham. They advertise as if they are located in NY but they are likely operating out of China. I believe this is the same company as Faye & Rose (see reviews under Trust Pilot). My shoes took weeks to arrive. They arrived oddly wrapped in plastic and did not look as advertised. They did not fit. They had no markings on them re size or brand. When I tried to return them, they bartered with me - offered 10% and then 20%. This company is entirely unreliable. If I could give less than one star, I would.
