I would give no stars if that were possible. I ordered a sweater online. At about the time I expected delivery, I received an email saying that the third party delivery company was unable to deliver. As it happens, I was not only home but there are two secure areas where a package can be left, including a large secure delivery box. I wrote to the company asking for a refund and they were no help, saying only that I must receive delivery before I can request a refund. The tracking link for the third party delivery does not work. Do not order from this company!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!! It is classic switch bait. They advertise an item, likely from a legit company then make a very poor version of it. I bought an “embroidered” jumpsuit but what arrived (2 weeks after promised) was a screen print badly made cheap material copy. The print was lifting, stitching not finished- I haven’t been able to wear it because it’s SO bad. It’s shipped from Asia with return costs the same price as the item. They offer discounts to keep the purchase. Absolute scam!!!!!

A boho jacket was delivered on 9/4/26. The product was very expertly photographed to look like a sturdy jacket material with appliqués. What was sent…a very thin cheap material used…stitched with white thread on a dark khaki color for the entire jacket including the topstitching. Could not return it without paying more than what I paid for the jacket. Was offered 20% of the $64 paid. A perfect bait and switch job.

Don't ever purchase from this company. They advertise completely different items from what you actually purchase. I thought I was buying an "embroidered jacket." It was just a silk screen to look that way. Cannot load the site to find out how to return items. It's all a scam.

Inaccurate product description, inaccurate product photograph, long shipping delays, happy-happy but vague responses to inquiries, and ultimately, an awful product that is NOT what was described. Ordered a jumpsuit, received a three piece elastic waist pant, oversized shirt and wide sash, in a ghastly color and awful cheap fabric that bears no resemblence to the item and "khaki" color depicted. Offered a 10% refund. AWFUL.

I purchased an embroidered jacket and received a flimsy lightweight material shell; the thread didn’t even match the color of material. What I received is nothing like the article that was advertised. The entity has misrepresented the product and trying to return item is ludicrous and not conducive to a legitimate business.

I ordered a green embroidered jean jacket when it came. It is not jean material it is thin and silky like a scarf. It is not denim at all. Second, the embroidered pattern that is supposed to be on. It is just a printed pattern on a cheap flimsy material. The option to send it back was so complicated and expensive. Because you have to send it back to China where it came from. Please don't buy anything from this site. It is the most dishonest sight. I have ever shopped on.

The quality is Temu fabric. Got a “coat” the pictures looked like thick quality fabric and instead it is 95% polyester. And paid $59 for something that probably cost $7.99

VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE — BUYER BEWARE
I placed an order with Margo & Wren Boston on August 20, 2026, for two jackets totaling $111.90. The $111.90 was withdrawn from my account that same day.
I never received the order confirmation I needed, so I contacted the company asking for a confirmation/order number and tracking information. Their response? They couldn’t help me without an order number.
I provided documentation showing that Margo & Wren Boston withdrew $111.90 from my account on August 20. After SIX emails back and forth, I still have no jackets, no tracking number, no satisfactory explanation, and no resolution. I continue to be told they need more time to “review” the situation.
Meanwhile, they have had my money for over a month.
At this point, I have been forced to file a fraud/dispute claim with my Visa card issuer to try to recover my $111.90.
This experience has been completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before placing an order with this company. I certainly will not order from them again. I sent a screen shot of their Facebook page showing my jacket & price. Today the Facebook page is no longer available.

Stuff comes from China and looks nothing like what you think you ordered.

Avoid this company! When the product finally arrives it is NOTHING like what they advertise online. The quality is cheap junk. Don't fall for it. It's a scam! If you reach out to make a return they put you through several emails and finally require you to pay to ship your products back to CHINA! Don't fall for this scam like I did.
