Service & product s second to none - ordered decking rope on a friday & it was with me the following monday. Would have given 5* but the length delivered was 0.5 m shortrr than ordered - contacted Bee & she sent out a replacement straight away - again still slightly shorter but not the end of the world - would def recommend this company

Website easy to navigate and order. Range of products good for my purposes. I bought twine for basketry work. Response time good and delivery on time

Very pleased with how easy it was to order and how promptly it was delivered. Also I was kept informed about delivery. I will order again because I have found it really hard to get a thick washing line.

The service was very efficient and the product (clothes line) was excellent.

Brilliant twine which arrived very quickly.
I used it to re string a little stool and it turned out better than I imagined.

So great to find a replacement cord for our rotary airer made in UK by an independent company. Ordering was straightforward and the despatch and delivery was so quick.
Excellent!

Absolutely brilliant company, I had an issue with an order I hadn’t received, after I had emailed them regarding it, they went above & beyond to resolve the issue, one to one emails keeping me up to date with the whole process of resolving.
The ‘personal touch’ meant so much to me & I am very grateful! Excellent communication throughout, thank you to Dee for sorting it out!
I am now very happy with my ‘new’ washing line.

Exactly what I was looking for, delivered within 24 hours

Have used Rope Source for many years and have purchased a variety of different products from them, happy again with the quality of product and service received this time round and will continue to use this company when the need arises

I contacted Rope Source to supply chord to make a decorative rope for the Hand Tying ceremony at my Daughters Wedding. One of the colours was out of stock so they did a special run at the works in order to meet my request. This was delivered in super quick time. Special thanks to the works team and to Dee of the sales team for making this happen. I will use this business again...although, hopefully not for another Hand Tying Chord for my Daughter!😀

User friendly website and easy to order. Good range of drying laundry pulley cords/ropes. I chose the nylon cord and received the item very quickly. Very pleased with the purchase, it's currently in use drying the washing!!

Company rang me because they spotted an error in my booking and took the trouble to help me put it right. Excellent customer service!

Order over 500 meters of macrame cord. Was a little worried as it's so so much cheaper than anywhere else. Came so fast and it's a really lovely quality. It's made my day. Will definitely be ordering again

I was looking for organic, natural fibre rope to repair to a split branch in an ornamental tree which also needed to look good. Rope Source have ropes in a large number of sizes and materials and I found exactly what was needed. It was well priced and delivered quickly.

Lovely thoughtful team of people running the company, very helpful with phone calls to make sure we were getting what we hoped.... The cardboard tubes are perfect.
