unfortunately 2 of the magnets sheered into 2 pieces when I was screwing them into wood. possibly I should have chosen thicker magnets but I was being extra careful to avoid this happening.

Antwort von Magnet Store Ltd
Hello, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience wasn't what you expected.
Neodymium magnets are naturally brittle, particularly thinner magnets with countersunk holes. This means they can unfortunately crack if screws are tightened too much.
We'd be more than happy to help with this. Please get in touch with us at info@magnet-store.co.uk, and a member of our team will be happy to look into it for you.
Kind regards,
Magnet Store Team

No issue with the products
No issue with the products - good quality and speedy delivery. However - it may be ties to the way Ebay operates c- not sure but why, when I order 3 products to they arrive in 3 separate packages with 2 lots of packing and postage ?

Wrong address and damaged packaging
The product itself is very good. No problems there so far. However the delivery system needs improvement as it was sent to the billing address, not the shipping address. Then when it arrived, the packaging was damaged so it obviously was not handled with any care.
