Super easy to book with and was by far the cheapest for Xcaret Arte!

I had the best possible experience with Roomongo and Patrick, their customer support representative! I was initially afraid it might be a scam website, so I spent two days investigating other sites to gather more information. In the end, I decided to go for it since it was a much better deal than all the others. Honestly, it felt too good to be true!

At first, my credit card was declined due to the limit, and Patrick sent me an email advising me to contact my bank and wait one more day because they would have a Black Friday discount, allowing me to save even more. He called the hotel and double-checked everything two or three times to ensure everything was in order.

When our flight was delayed and we arrived a day late, Patrick contacted the hotel, informed them of the situation, and made sure everything was taken care of.

I would definitely recommend their service and will use it again in the future!

Genuinely incredible customer service - totally unparalleled! I made an error in a pricey booking and got a call from one of the company owners within an hour to correct it promptly (thanks Patrick!). Also, their rates were 25% lower than anything else online for Xcaret Arte - can't wait to go, and I'll absolutely use Roomongo again!

Roomongo had the best rates for a sudden hotel stay we needed for our business trip. Patrick double confirmed our stay before we arrived, and I also called the hotel to confirm. Rates were better than anywhere else and I'm definitely using them for my future business trips. I stay in hotels 10+/year, so finding such great deals like roomongo rates is hard to come by! we are also using them for a big group trip to Hotel Xcaret and I've already talked with hotel concierge about our confirmed room upgrade, tours, and everything else. I can't wait!!

Amazing service, they reconfirmed within 24 hours of booking and 24 hours before arrival. Arrived at the hotel and no issues checking in, pricing was about 20% less then anywhere else, super easy platform to use

Great prices and response time.
I was a little sketched out at first, but was able to call the Xcaret resort within 24 hrs of booking to confirm my reservation.

Easy to use! Booking was simple. Got confirmation that they directly spoke with the hotel (even provided name of employee) to confirm booking.

Where to begin! I'll just get it out of the way: 100%, 5 stars for Roomongo, particularly their customer support.

The browsing and booking experience is fast and easy, and their prices are very competitive. For our trip, we booked at a location that does offer a "member discount" if you are a referred by a member of the hotel group. Only downside is once you're at the hotel, you have to sit through a high pressure, 90 minute+ sales presentation. I believe the member discount would still make it worth it, but with Roomongo, we were able to book for almost the exact same price as the member discount, but there will be no sales presentation waiting for us when we arrive!

On top of that, they beat out Costco's prices for the same trip by a good 20%. They also offer future sales protection, meaning that if there is a sale down the road between now and our trip that beats what we paid, Roomongo will match it and refund the difference back to us.

Really the highlight has to be the excellent customer support I received. I had reached out to ask a few questions prior to booking, and the rep I worked with was very quick to email back with a detailed response. Not only that, he emailed multiple times with additional updates and useful information. When I went to book, I was unable to do so, there was a glitch of some kind on the backend that prevented me from doing so. The rep was quick to respond and assign the issue to one of his developers; he NEVER left me in the dark regarding what was clearly their issue. They managed to resolve it very fast, even gave me a little extra back for "my troubles", which was the icing on the cake.

Then I was a dope and ended up booking the wrong room in the wrong section of the hotel (this resort has 3 hotels). The rep said "no problem" and quickly changed the details without me having to do anything! By the next morning, the rep had reached out to our hotel to "double confirm", as they call it, and we are all set for our trip.

I work in customer support myself, and this is the type of experience that turns someone into a loyal, returning customer. Obviously it would have been "preferable" had there not been a glitch in the system (these things happen) that prevented my initial booking, but the way they handled it is honestly what I will remember. I will be booking with Roomongo whenever possible, highly recommended!

We absolutely love using Roomongo to book all our trips. The site is so easy to navigate! The customer service is above and beyond! The room prices are great. The most recent trip ( this was our 5th time using roomongo) last week to Naples, Fl the rates were better than any other travel/booking site! Highly recommend !

I never heard of Roomongo and was a little leery about booking with them because the prices were so low. Well to my surprise, they have prices that can't be beat. I booked my first trip and WOW, I saved over $800.00. I couldn't be leave it! Since they saved me money, I decided to extend my vacation and booked 3 more nights at another resort. Again with an awesome price. I will now book all my vacations with Roomongo from now on. Thank you guys!

I originally booked Hotel Xcaret through Roomongo, the rates were way cheaper than any competitors including Costco travel. Roomongo was $2,000 cheaper than booking directly through the resort! However, we had to change our dates and resort. I was able to easily get in touch with Patrick and switch to a different all inclusive resort with only a couple months notice and save an additional $800! The website is easy use, the rates are unmatched, and the customer service is amazing. Thanks Patrick!!

I don’t even know where to begin! This has to be the best customer service I have ever received. I had an initial chat to figure out how to book 3 rooms and it was so helpful. Once I booked our rooms in Tulum, the customer service and response has been the best I have ever experienced. They are even handling our shuttle to and from Tulum to the airport. Roomongo is efficient and they are so friendly. I have already recommended them to my sister! I cannot believe the savings going through Roomongo. Please book through them, you will not regret it!

I have used them numerous times, from regular hotels to high-end all inclusives and they have always came through! Customer service is top notch too!

I find the site easy to use. I really like the ratings guests give + the stars. I have found even if a property gets 3 stars if the guest rating is 75% or better the place is pretty good. This is a great feature and you can filter easily on both these ratings as well as price!

They are very responsive! Like at any and every time of the day! Very caring and willing to meet your needs of what your situation is. Patrick was just an insane amount of help, from helping me get a better and cheaper reservation, etc.
