Our 2nd trip with French Touch Travel was as incredible as our first! Beginning with the initial discussion about wants and needs on the trip, French Touch Travel has been easy to work with and truly partners in designing an incredible experience. The balance of activities like cooking class or guided market/food tours with site seeing of art museums, churches, etc was just what we asked for. Each guide set up for us by French Touch was prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. Each hotel was unique, provided breakfast, and located perfectly-all characteristics we asked for in a hotel. French Touch communicated with us the entire trip, making sure everything was going well and we didn’t need anything. I recommend French Touch Travel enthusiastically! Their special touches, communication, and knowledge of local guides and activities is first rate!

Our experience was made great by the help of Eva Serrano, the French Touch advisor who booked our hotel, drivers and guides. Our tours and adventures were always on time and exceeded our expectations. We were picked up from the CDG airport in Paris and taken directly to our hotel in the Latin Quarter. The hotel personnel were always friendly and helpful, and our room was lovely and comfortable. We had expert guides to show us Monet's Giverny and the Louvre; they explained what we were seeing, and answered the questions we had about the people and sites we saw in Paris. French Touch kept us in contact with their app, reminding us daily about our schedule and where to meet guides and drivers. This was so important because we don't speak French and would have been very lost in the congestion of the city. We left Paris with happy and exciting memories.

I just returned from a 10 day trip to Provence planned by Clement of French touch. We had a wonderful time and visited all the places I have been wanting to visit for years. Clement was a superb organizer of both cultural stops and navigating to our destinations. We chose to rent a car. He gave us directions and even places to park. He acquired tickets for the museums we visited making it a seemless trip. He also checked in regularly to be sure everything was running smoothly. We were able to reach out every day if we needed assistance with anything. I highly recommend French Touch if you are traveling to France!

Excellent company. Everything well organized, Anna and Kenji were very friendly and caring. We had wonderful two guides who were very knowledgeable about history and arts.We enjoyed every moments and we highly recommend French Touch Travel.

French Touch worked with us from start to finish of our trip to France. They listened well and collaborated to plan an itinerary that struck a balance between scheduled activities (which we requested) and free time (to explore). They helped our vision for this trip come to life within our defined budget and selected top notch providers. Their app allows for real time chats during the trip which was very helpful and our FTT partner, Olivia, was very responsive whenever we needed to reach her. Our itinerary on the app included great suggestions for restaurants, hidden gems and things to do and explore during free time, etc. which was a nice addition. The app also consolidated all our tickets, reservations, etc. in one place so that we could retrieve these pre-planned reservations without having to worry about finding them separately. Great job. Highly recommend.

The team at French Touch was highly skilled at quickly and accurately understanding our objectives and preferences and put together an unbelievable experience. They read us perfectly and, under a somewhat tight timeline, exceeded our expectations across the board. The planning process was very well orchestrated and a breeze to execute on our side. Excellent cadence of zoom meetings and other communications such that we felt like everything was proceeding - the team is really effective at keeping the ball moving in a very efficient way.

During our trip, the day-to-day support and connectivity was unbelievable. We felt like we had 5* concierge service 24/7 - including when we needed to slide a restaurant reservation by 30 min. last minute, orchestrate cost-effective wine shipping back home, and swiftly arrange to get a ‘left item’ from a hotel in Normandy to Bordeaux.

French Touch has mastered the ‘tour guide’ aspect of travel. They clearly have the corner on the market when it comes to garnering talented, experienced, engaging people who are top of their game when it comes to reading their audience (small or large) and optimizing the experience for all. We saw the gamut here - from 1:1 individual tours to groups of 8 - 10. All were very interesting and very rewarding.

Nutshell - we are already working with the French Touch team on a Spain/Portugal trip for 2026. They are uniquely personal and high-touch and at the same time very connected in the broad travel ecosystem such that the experience for us was simply remarkable.

My friend and I worked with this fabulous agency for our trip earlier this month to France. We spent 16 days in Paris, the Loire Valley, Burgundy and Lyon. They by and far exceeded our expectations. They were easy to work with in advance and tailored our trip to meet our needs, providing options for us along their recommendations for our free time and for dining. We had an online itinerary so it was easy to use and they stayed in touch throughout our journey. Olivia was our primary contact and she was a delight to work with! I have told everyone I have spoken with about our experience, and I hope they get lots more business as a result. I would absolutely love to work with them again for future travel!

We had a fantastic trip to Strasbourg, Paris, Bayeux and Amboise! French Touch Travel did an amazing job connecting us with high quality guides and activities. For example, while in Paris, we participated in a gourmet walking tour where we tasted wine, cheeses, breads and sweet treats from the best producers in the city. Our guide taught us how to recognize reputable patisseries and restaurants as she knew these were important to us. She even helped us navigate the Metro! We also enjoyed a picnic at both Versailles and Chateau Du Clos Luce that helped us appreciate the beauty of both estates. In each case we were accompanied by a guide, they were highly informative and had the ability to effectively communicate the history of the region. This made our visits to Reims, The D-day landing beaches, Mont St. Michel, the chateaus of the Loire Valley exceptionally memorable.

Our accommodations were well situated and comfortable. They were close to restaurants, attractions and public transportation. This really helped us enjoy each city. Alexia did a wonderful job planning all the details of the trip and regularly updated the Trip Plans App which helped keep us on track during our itinerary. We would highly recommend French Touch Travel to others who are planning a trip to France!

From the planning to the actual trip, everything was done perfectly! We plan to visit Paris again and will definitely use French Touch Travel!!!!

We started in Nice as a base, then went to Antibes, Avignon and the Luberon area of Provence. Olivia and Keji at French Touch Travel organized excellent guides, drivers and activities every step of the way. We loved the cooking class in Nice and our trip to 3 countries in one day-Monaco, Eze and Ventimiglia. Having the private driver/guide enabled us to cut short visiting the market in Ventimiglia in order to spend more time in Monaco and Eze. We loved our 5 star beach hotel-Cap d’Antibes where we were treated like honored guests. Olivia made many restaurant reservations at places that were special. The hotel in Villenueve des Avignon was , in a word, amazing and a short ride to Avignon . We loved our full day trip in Provence with our guide who was so passionate about the history and charming at the same time. Every guide and driver arrived promptly and were sincerely helpful. I recommend French Touch Travel and would use their services again.

Everything was as advertised - Transfers, tours, hotels. The hotel in Bilbao was excellent, only 2 bocks from the Guggenheim Museum. The tour through the Basque country was excellent. The hotel in Paris was excellent, particularly the location - walking distance to both the Eiffel Tower and Noter Dame Cathedral and two blocks from the Seine.

Excellent communication and attention to detail from start to finish.

From the initial planning conversations with French Touch Travel to the "on-the-ground" needs during the trip, French Touch Travel was top notch. Their model of experts for different parts of the trip resulted in a great trip planning process and outstanding support during the trip. We had a family of 5 kids and a grandparent on the trip, so various needs were involved and everything went smoothly. We had an ABSOLUTE blast in Paris and various spots through the south of France. The three women we worked with were so competent, knowledgeable and responsive. Between them, they set up an itinerary that worked well for us. We were in the Loire Valley, Paris, and London. They managed all of the details of a trip with many parts.

We wanted to plan a once in a lifetime trip to Europe and French Touch Travel went above and beyond to help us do that! Everyone we worked with listened to our needs and requests and together we created the perfect itinerary for our family, which included something for everyone! We had all of the information we needed to make us feel comfortable and prepared, and we also knew they were there for us if we needed anything during the trip itself. We fit so much into this trip- saw sights we have always wanted to and had unforgettable experiences together as a family! We will treasure these memories forever and we have French Touch Travel to thank for that!

We loved getting a mix of history and culture, along with some family fun and adventure! Some of our highlights included getting to stand in a courtyard to hear Big Ben ring, seeing Buckingham Palace, taking in the views from the Eiffel Tower and the top of the Arc de Triomphe, walking the Chapel Bridge in Lucerne, taking a gondola ride in Venice and visiting the rooftops of the Duomo di Milano...but also visiting the Harry Potter Studios, Disneyland Paris, the Lindt Chocolate factory and Jungfraujoch, "The Top of Europe!" It was the perfect balance for our family and there are honestly too many amazing memories to list!

We had a truly wonderful trip. Olivia and the team were very responsive. They thought of all sorts of small details (early arrival to busy places, transport, etc) and accounted for us traveling with two children 11 and 14. The excursions they set up for us were perfect. Highlights of the trip were Dinner Cruise on the Seine, Bustronome dinner in London, and Gourmet walking tour in St. Germaine. Would recommend and use again

I cannot say enough good things about French Touch Travel!

I worked for months in advance with Alexia of FTT to plan a vacation for myself and my small family (husband and grandson). I explained to her the kind of vacation I envisioned: a week in Paris followed by a week in Provence, accommodating a thirteen year old boy and his interests. Alexia did a spectacular job! She made suggestions of things we might like to see and do, and I made further suggestions and requests. Together, we developed an incredible itinerary. Then, she made the magic happen.

I can honestly say that I have never had a better vacation (and I have traveled quite a bit!). Alexia arranged drivers to pick us up at our hotels, made all reservations, arranged tickets for all our activities, and chose impeccable guides for all of our private tours.

Let me tell you about our trip. We had a private cooking class in Paris; we rode e-bikes to Versailles; we “solved a mystery” at the Louvre; we had a gourmet food tour of Montmartre; we went to the top of the Eiffel Tower; and we had a sunset dinner cruise an a beautiful boat on the Seine.

After this delightful week in Paris we took the high-speed train to Avignon, where we were met by our guide Sarah who is one of the most delightful people on the planet.

We spent the week with her, as she drove us through the south of France. Sarah showed us Avignon, Gordes, Arles, and Roussillon. She took us on a private tour of a bull ranch in Camargue, followed by lunch at a charming restaurant on the beach. (Our grandson swam in the icy Mediterranean Sea after lunch, and Sarah braved the water up to her knees!). She took us to see the most spectacular villages, to a lavender field (oh, the photos I took!!!), and to a light show of Monet and Rousseau inside an old limestone quarry. All of these things were seamlessly coordinated by Alexia at French Touch Travel.

Without a doubt, the highlight of the trip was having a ride in a hot air balloon to watch the sunrise over the Provençal countryside! I will cherish that day for the rest of my life.

Our hotels were fantastic, as were the restaurants, many of which were recommended by Alexia. We always had assistance available when we needed it via the agency’s app. Alexia kept us informed each day as to arrangements, including flight delays or changes, who would be driving us, and providing online tickets to our planned events. There was a contact person available to help us 24-hours a day online.

Five stars do not seem adequate to describe what was the very best vacation ever.

French Touch Travel, particularly Tenley and Alexia, helped us to experience a trip of a lifetime. We worked with FTT to design the perfect tour of Switzerland and France for us that included once in a lifetime experiences like the women’s Euro championship, the Tour de France and being in Paris for Bastille Day. FTT painstakingly worked on details and kept us up to date on progress. During the trip, Alexia was there virtually to help with every issue and make arrangements for us like getting tickets to visit Notre Dame cathedral and help with restaurant reservations. We especially loved our guides in Paris, who led us through a gourmet food tour and provided insightful, memorable experiences at the Louvre and Versailles.
