Too long of a process
The process to get the loan to close took way too long. The process to close the loan took over 2 hours. The document was incorrect even after I got confirmation that the trust document was not needed.

Convenient and stressful
The convenience of Rocket close was nice. The down side was waiting until the last few days before the closing date to finish all of the documents. The last minute details caused a lot of stress as to if we were going to be able to close on the agreed upon date 6 weeks earlier. I’m not sure why the individual waited until the end but it’s not a good practice for such a large transaction.

Provided mis-information with regards to scheduling the closing.
The closing was not coordinated with the closing agent. Scheduled time was pasted to multiple agents without the knowledge of the lender.

The closing experience the second time…
The closing experience the second time was a lot better than the first. There was not good communication, only when initiated by me.
My second go round was very incredible and thorough. Kim Kareus was amazing! Remote closing made it VERY convenient and easy.
