First I want to say the people are very friendly. But, it seemed disorganized. We ended up not closing the numbers for final kept changing. What was given to me and my sister were both very different. We asked for clarification a few times and then never got an explanation for the numbers. The loan amount was reduced by $12k but my payments stayed the same. The gift of equity amount didn’t change based on a new appraisal value which also didn’t seem right.

From Sale To Close Made Easy
I dealt with several different agents/departments online through emails from beginning to end. My experience was very positive and quite simple. Everyone seemed to be very knowledgeable and pleasant. I liked how there were different steps along the way to closing and that Rocket had everything organized.

Terrific experience
Eddy Harvey is the only reason that I considered Rocket Mortgage. And he exceeded my very high expectations. He conducted himself with a perfect combination of kindness, professionalism, and patience.
Jan Wilcox was very patient and incredibly accommodating. She’s stuck with me while I had Internet problems and then IP address problems, etc. etc.. She was never condescending or impatient.
