You may want to reconsider your shipping company when you ship to Canada. UPS charged me an additional $74 handling fee. If you had used the postal service, I wouldn't of had to incur these additional costs. :(

The silver roof top is all spotted and scuff,direct in the box. The instructions say don't touch, no wax, no nothing. It need repair ! You charged me $15 for delivery and I had $31 more to pay in broker fees to UPS ...? You didn't told this. I'm not satisfied. I sent you back an e-mail telling you all this and you didn't answer back...

Terrible support! I have been having issues with my jukebox that I purchased 10 years ago and I can’t seem to get any support from Rockola manufacturing. They keep sending me emails to purchase a new jukebox but they won’t help me fix what I already have. The company used to be good, but ever since it was taken over by Alexander Walder-Smith, it seems to have gone down. I have been trying to call and I have been sending emails only to be ignored. There is never a response. On the website there’s a chat button and when you click on it, it asks if you want to wait or receive an email back. You can wait or you can select receive email and you will never hear anything from this company. Even tried emailing Jorge R. in the service department but he seems to do a good job at ignoring you also. Very disappointed in this company. All they want to do is sell their machines, but they don’t seem to want to help when you need support. I’m surprised this company is still in business, with jukeboxes being 10 grand or more I really don’t know how anybody can afford a new one these days. Mr Walder-Smith you really need to do something.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ROCK-OLA MANUFACTING.... They Were Extremely Nice And Very Pleasant Up Front,,,,But As The Months Wore On, Here I Am, Out My $4497.50 Deposit,.. And They Will Not Respond To A Call Or Email..Very Sad For A For A Long Standing Company With A Good Reputation To Go This Direction.. I Am Hoping That Someone From The Company Monitors These Reviews And Will Make This Right... But Again,. Save Yourself The Headache And Avoid Buying Direct From Them... As Is So Often The Case, "Let The Buyer Beware"

I already own a Rock Ola bubbler jukebox, but I wanted another remote as mine was a bit jaded, it came within about 3 working days by DHL. delivered by a great polite guy. So for me the sale went 5 star! Couldn't have been any better so it has to be FULL MARKS well done Rock-Ola. Keep Rockin.

Hi The name Rockola evokes great memories from my much younger days so I FOOLISHLY thought I would buy One, they were very helpful and informed me they just happened to have One in stock and it would be 6 weeks hahahaha joke... I have had the delivery cancelled twice now and am considering cancelling the order and asking for the money back would not buy from or trust again
