So cute! We just sent them a photo of our cat and hey presto it's a gorgeous embroidered memento on a tshirt!

Misleading advertising. This store advertised that orders received before midday on 21 August would be delivered in time for Fathers Day. Order was placed ahead of deadline, but arrived 3 days late.

Unfortunately despite their advertising that orders placed before August 21st would be received before father's day, my order did not arrive. RK Threads were too cheap to pay for express shipping, and my 5 year old was beyond disappointed not to receive a gift before father's day. The customer service post has been abysmal - we were offered 25% off future orders. Such a shame as I love supporting local businesses, but despite asking why they couldn't have tried to prevent or stopped orders they have completely declined to answer these questions three times. I really tried to give them the opportunity to make it right, but the rudeness from Oscar led me to leave this review. Would never recommend.

I was really struggling to find a specific fit of shirt, I reached out to the RK Thread staff and they were incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect blank for my embroidered design. The quality is fantastic and I'm so happy with how my custom shirt turned out!
Can’t wait to order gifts and more custom apparel in the future :D

I've ordered multiple times from RK Threads for myself and for gifts. I'm always super impressed by the quick time it takes to get the products and the quality of the items.

They say Sizing charts are available on every product listing but they aren't . Slow production times

I had a wonderful experience. The order process was super easy, my custom sweater arrived really quickly, and it looks great. Will definitely be a return customer. I can't wait to see my husband open it on father's day <3

The shirt I received from RK Threads was a terrible mess. The design was completely ruined and sent to me - so I question their quality control. I contacted them, and they claimed they realised their mistake, but still mistakenly sent me the incorrect shirt. They had, apparently, already sent my completed shirt the day before I sent my complaint. I waited a further 2.5 weeks before requesting an update, as I hadn't received my shirt. It has been three weeks now and I still haven't received any correspondence, or my shirt. In the interim, I went to an alternate shop which was able to perfectly create my shirt and send it to me before RK Threads did anything for me. I will never use this company again, and will get my team's shirts created elsewhere.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!! This is the perfect gift for anniversaries or any occasion at all. The material of the hoodies are super nice, not too thick and set at a reasonable price compared to other embroidery companies. I’m from Melbourne and ordered normal shipping, it arrived shortly after 8 days. I would definitely recommend this brand! 10/10!
