Great looking and running watches at a reasonable price point. At first I wasn't sure about the maker or the quality, but the look was great so I gave them a chance. Glad I did. I now have three. Keep up the good looking designs and price point.

This was my very first watch collection watch. It is a beautiful piece. Ordering was easy. Shipping was fast. I look forward to ordering my next Riley watch.

Great watch . Wanted something a bit different and not a generic looking watch. This ticked all the boxes and its made in England. Nice and easy to order on line.
Delivery time was good as well.

Really not too impressed with this at all. I was eye balling this timepiece for months and when I finaly hit the trigger and bought it it was a big disappointment. Honestly, wore it once, it was a joke and never worn it since, it will likely never come out of the cheap wooden box it came in ever again.

Wow, I should have looked them up before buying.

My watch button broke about 5 months after getting it (the Howard Hughes one I think). I sent them an email since I figured they would respond with directions...try again. I sent 3 emails and even reached out to my credit card company to report some fake watch-company scam.

They FINALLY responded 6 working days later after I started a credit card claim. I found they make you pay to send your watch back for a warranty. "That's not a big deal", right? WRONG! If you live in the US, this group makes you pay the international shipping which for me was $68 ONE WAY. The decision on getting the watch repaired is literally up to them. For example, if they got the watch and decided it was my fault and not a warranty issue (totally possible, not doubting that method at all)...they can repair the watch and send it back ON YOUR DIME!
That means $136 to get the watch to them and back on top of their repair fee. This is the scam I feel...its cheaper to buy a new watch than send it for a repair.

I decided to get it fixed at a local jeweler who did say it was "faulty" and charged me $55 to get it fixed locally.

I love how the watch looks but I would NOT recommend this company. Find a similar one on Amazon where returns are easier and the policy is more transparent.

Ordered the watch, over 10 days later still no watch received to Canada. "Owner" said this happens, but still to this day cannot locate the watch, and has yet to say we will expedite getting you a new one.
They just want you to order so they make money but could not care less when you get it. So if you don't care if the watch takes 3 weeks to get to you go ahead and order.

The Howard Hughes Chronograph in classic retro cream is a lovely watch hands on, great quality and feels and looks more expensive than it was.

I gave the Howard Hughes to my husband for Father's Day. He loves it. Since it's only been a couple of weeks, I can't comment on the workings of the watch but it is well made and very attractive in person. I would say it's a good value for what I paid. The ordering and delivery side of things was easy. The only delay was our local USPS, not Riley Watch Co.
