I really like the watch! The color is fun and upbeat and the shape is different enough to stand out. Would get 5 stars if shipping information was easier to get.

The company got back to me with help for any inquiry I had. Watch got here slower than I would've wanted but upon asking for an update they supplied me with new tracking information that was more detailed than what I originally had access too.

The watch was great. It was given as a gift and they loved it. Bought as a namesake for their newborn daughter who will surely be as great as Amelia. The company was responsive when it was stuck in customs forwarding the tracking.

A good quality watch and a good looking watch.My experience was only marred by quite a wait for delivery but this was explained.

Great service and a beautiful watch

Don’t even get me started on the watch, it’s bloody beautiful, the Glacier Blush, when I saw it, I bought it instantly, the leather strap it comes on is super comfortable too, can wear it all day with no issues.

The communication is on point, I emailed a question about the warranty on the watch, as I wasn’t sure how to do it and they got back to me that day.

Ordered the watch a month ago and still have not received it but Riley has asked for two reviews already.

You sent me the wrong Watch and I emailed you the day it arrived and I’ve yet to receive an email response. This was roughly 8 days ago. Also went on your website and submitted a second request for correction and I still haven’t received a response from that one which I sent six days ago. I ordered a blue watch and a tan one came in with a brown bracelet.

Love my new watch. As a collector one of my top pieces now.

It was supposed to be an automatic watch.

My son wanted this watch for his birthday. Riley's price was great, and considering it was coming from the UK, it arrived very quickly. My son loves the quality of the watch and likes Riley as a company. Thank you!

I really like the watch, the shipping took much longer than advertised on the website. It says 3-5 days shipping to the US, it took almost three weeks. And I ordered a stainless mesh strap with my watch and got a leather strap. The inclosed pack slip stated the stainless strap so somebody missed that detail. Overall though I would order from Riley again, the watch itself is very nice.

The Riley watched him was very communicative when I had questions. They got right back to me even over the weekend.

Excellent quality and service

I had questions about the color of the watch I received, and they answered in a timely manner. I got the toy box yellow howard hughes. It's a beautiful watch and I am very pleased with its performance and looks.

Beautiful watch came quickly. Shipper or customs destroyed original packaging but the watch and wooden box arrived intact

Saw a video of these guys saying their business is struggling. In good faith, I bought a watch to support. Over a week later, and still no update on the watch’s shipping or status. But I’m out $225 even after emailing for an update. Now I’m seeing others having the same issue on the company’s instagram, and customers are being ignored after nearly a month post purchase without their watch. Should’ve known better, I suppose.
