Using Rent Guarantor has enabled us to provide more security for our client and reduce the use of personal guarantors. Using the platform is easy and allows us to recover arrears much quicker. We have worked with Rent Guarantor for a few months and it has proven to be a game changer for us and for the tenants. The processes are simple and straightforward for both us managing agents and the tenants and Rent Guarantor are extremely diligent with everything. Even though we unfortunately had to deal with Rent Guarantor due to a tenant defaulting, they have been extremely helpful with communication when the tenant refuses to talk to us. We couldn't be happier with their work so far, especially with Kez C, who has been very helpful and diligent throughout.

We had this company for 2 years there service has been great, and it takes a peace of your mind if you don't have any other persons/ company to represent you. Would recommend them if you need a rent garantor.
