rentaroof was a gamechanger for me and my partner when our accommodation fell through and we had to find a place to rent as soon as possible. The website is easy to use and navigate, and using the search and filter engine we were able to find our dream apartment, in which we are currently residing, on offer and in a perfect location. I would recommend it to anyone.

Hard to reach but issue now solved
Nobody seems to be willing to respond to my emails. I need help as I am getting those automated emails from you requiring me to pay for a subscription. First of all, I payed after that to be left at peace even though the subscription has been cancelled long before. I payed with a diifferent card than the one I registered with, and of course your system hasn't picked that up and it keeps sending me those "Uh-no!" emails! I have been emailing for a few days now, sent a proof of payment with my name and address on it, and if anybody cared enough to sort that out I would be very grateful because the case has been causing me distress!
Edit: The issue has been solved and I am very grateful, appreciate it lots! Although the review is here and as it was honest (just like the sole purpose of any review) I feel like it should not be deleted. Thank you Eloy for emailing and helping me!!
For anybody else I would suggest just being careful and aware with your subscriptions as it can get confusing and problematic, just as in my case.

We are a letting agency. They scrape the internet for listings and put them on their site without permission. I am fed up of calls asking to view properties that are out of date. Unless they stop listing our properties without permission we will call trading standards

Really bad. I was stupid enough to pay for a £1 trail for three days, I cancelled it and they still tried charging me £19.99, Luckily it didn’t go through. (Thank you Barclays!!) Emailed the next day to say I’ve cancelled it already, they emailed back saying the payment is 2 days late and I got a threat of “the case will be transferred to debt collection from our law firm without further notice”. Even though I’ve already cancelled!! Even if you ignore all this, the site is just bad, I was disappointed in it after paying the £1 let alone a £19.99 SUBSCRIPTION?? Absolutely ridiculous company Honestly just use rightmove!!
