I had ordered over 10 times since 2022 but around 12 pods doesn’t work over around 100 packs within 2 accounts.

The general services are more than satisfactory.

The new pods are thicker so you can't easily see how much liquid you have left... disappointing!!
Also the recent price rise was steep 😕
From £5.99 to £8.99?
It is now nearly as expensive as smoking....
I won't be buying again 😔
