arrived late but pods are good

It arrived a day later than originally expected and was not delivered to my house, I needed to pick it up from the post office myself. But the product and packaging were great!

Pod leakage

The only thing I need is just to get right stuff what I paid for, but unfortunately was objected because I can't well keep the greasy pod due to it's sever oil leakage and failed to provide the picture. Experience of after sale service is not impressed. This time got one pod leakage again so far and failed managing to take picture as it's just inconvenient when being out. No intention to waste time to bother the service team.

Defective products ! Second time now that one or more vapes…

Second time now that one or more vapes didn’t work. Have contacted the company a few times with one reply offering me a discount of 15 percent on my next order. Why would I continue to order when the product is defective? Have asked for another product to be resent or reimbursed and no reply for a week now. Very disappointed and will no longer be ordering from Relx

Delivery is a joke

Delivery is not next day if ordered by 3pm, be lucky next day. My last order was made on the 6th Oct and was only delivered yesterday 9th Oct. Poor distribution delivery service and yes my order was made before 3pm FYI.
